Application And Study Of Foundation Fieldbus Technology In PTA Project

Fieldbus technology is a digital,distributed,open and inter-operational technology,which represents the development trend of industrial control system.It is one of the technologies that have attracted more attention in the field of automatic control.In this thesis,basing on the factual case of the PTA Plant,we analyzed and designed an automatic control system for PTA process which is based on fieldbus technology.At first,in this thesis,we detailed discussed the fleldbus control system in theory,introduced the concept of fieldbus,the structure of network, communication model and five classical fieldbus.We emphasized on the detail of Foundation fieldbus.And then,consider the actual control requirement in PTA Project,we compared and analyzed the goodness and character of DCS and FCS,and brought forward a control system scheme, which is based on Foundation Fieldbus.According to the PTA Process,we put forward the integrated plan and execution particular of the PTA project automatic control system both in hardware and software.In additional,there are many complex conditions in the Process of PTA project,such as continuous working,the variable is hard to be online measured,non-linearity,intermittence,delay and more disturbers.In this thesis we research into the Process of the oxygen reaction control.We compared the results of respectively applying PID and fuzzy strategy using of MATLAB emulation toolbox.The fuzzy strategy gets a good result and it doesn't need an exact mathematic model.
