| In the post-epidemic era,with the vigorous development of the digital economy,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee jointly issued the Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of the National Cultural Digitalization Strategy with multiple departments,and the library was finally named to assume this glorious responsibility,which reflects the new requirements of the people for public cultural scenario-based services.At present,the concept of "meta universe" is in the hot stage.The article selects the relatively clear digital virtual human race track in the meta universe,which has been developed for many years,and tries to propose countermeasures for the upgrading of the library’s scene service capability.This paper is divided into six chapters: The first chapter is the introduction,which describes the research background of China’s cultural digitalization strategy,the theoretical background of digital virtual human,the research status of virtual human and virtual librarian at home and abroad,research methods and innovation points,etc;The second chapter introduces the concept and theoretical overview of the digital virtual person,and analyzes the development process of the digital virtual person,the concept definition of the virtual librarian,the philosophical basis and construction principles,and the technical basis by using the literature survey method;The third chapter is the kano model design virtual librarian and its service scenario demand survey.Through reliability and validity analysis,Better-Worse analysis,mixed-class analysis and other methods,the user needs of virtual librarian and its service scenario are summarized and analyzed;The fourth chapter is based on the research results of the previous chapter,combined with the philosophical basis and construction principles of the second chapter,to carry out the classification scheme design for the construction of virtual librarian services;The fifth chapter puts forward the problems existing in the construction of virtual librarians and their service scenarios,and puts forward optimization strategies;The last chapter summarizes the research results and shortcomings of this paper,and puts forward further prospects. |
