| Under the intertwining of various factors such as the ZTE incident and the Russian-Ukrainian war,the integrated circuit industry has been affected to a certain extent,and the challenges brought by business risks such as rising raw material prices and uncertain delivery cycles have become increasingly prominent,and supply chain support capabilities have become the focus of the military integrated circuit industry.Suppliers are the source of material risk control by manufacturing plants,and if enterprises want to maintain a certain competitive advantage in the market,they need to consider the risk of structural material supply and strengthen the evaluation and management of upstream suppliers.Scientific evaluation and selection of suppliers can promote win-win cooperation between enterprises and suppliers,and continuously improve their own anti-risk ability and overall operational efficiency.Taking Company F as the research object,this paper reviews the relevant research on supplier evaluation and selection at home and abroad,and investigates the evaluation and selection management status of Company F’s structural material suppliers through the questionnaire survey method to find out the existing problems and their causes.Furthermore,the evaluation index system is refined,and the AHP-FMEA method is used to construct an evaluation and selection model suitable for Company F’s structural material suppliers,and the optimal supplier with the lowest risk is selected by this model.Finally,through the application of examples and the comparison of evaluation results before and after optimization,it is confirmed that the optimized evaluation model is effective.The improved AHP method improves the reliability of the judgment matrix and reduces the influence of subjective factors.A set of scientific,effective and landable structural material supplier evaluation and selection model for considering supply chain risks is constructed,so as to promote Company F to improve the level of supplier management,prevent the impact of supplier risks on the company’s decision-making,and play a certain role in promoting the company’s realization of strategic development goals. |
