| As China’s cultural and tourism integration has entered the key period of “14th Five-Year Plan”,culture and tourism have collided to produce a new spark “ City’s Study”.City’s Study is a product of the era of library service iteration and renewal,a representative of new public reading space,has become an indispensable part of promoting “reading for all” and an important grasp of promoting the deep integration of cultural and tourism development,and has been given diversified missions and responsibilities.At present,City’s Study in China is flourishing,but the concept of“cultural and travel integration,master and customer sharing” is still in the exploratory stage,and the projected image created by urban study rooms and the perceived elements of users still have certain deviations,and the services covered have not yet been standardized.In the era of cultural and travel integration,the city study room has more space for development,and it is necessary to seize the opportunity of the times,explore the service optimization path of the city study room,keep the City’s Study vigorous,and open up the development road of public cultural and travel business with special features.Based on the projection image theory,perceived value theory and library“element theory”,this paper uses grounded theory,questionnaire survey,structural equation modeling and other research methods to analyze the projection image of urban bookstores in the context of cultural tourism integration from both supply-side and demand-side perspectives,and analyze It analyzes users’ perceived value and willingness to use,constructs a comprehensive optimization path for City’s Study services,and proposes specific application strategies for the optimization path.The main contents and findings of the study are as follows:(1)Research on the pulse and positioning of City’s Study in the context of cultural and tourism integration.Through combing the development history and current situation of City’s Study,the innovative positioning of City’s Study is clarified.It includes cultural construction foothold,cultural exchange starting point,cultural tourism integration landing point,cultural sharing entry point,cultural heritage focus point.The problems faced by the innovative development of City’s Study are identified based on the development requirements of the era of cultural and tourism integration.(2)Research on the composition elements of the projected image of City’s Study service.Starting from the supply side of urban study room services,we collect the promotional texts of City’s Study released by official platforms and experts’ comments,adopt the method of rooting theory to clarify the composition elements of the image projected by City’s Study to the public in the integrated development of cultural tourism,identify the characteristic elements of urban study room images by category,and comprehensively analyze the characteristic factors of the projected image shaped by them.It mainly includes six core images,namely service image,resource image,pavilion image,management image,publicity image and cultural tourism integration image.(3)Research on the willingness to use City’s Study services from the perspective of perceived value.A questionnaire survey was used to study the relationship between the perceived value,satisfaction and willingness to use of City’s Study.The research was conducted to understand the perceived value of the cultural and tourism integration services provided by urban bookstores,and to investigate the seven dimensions of functional value,emotional value,social risk,safety value,convenience value,aesthetic value and perceived cost.Based on the results of the research,the factors influencing the users’ willingness to use City’s Study are refined,and the significance of the influence paths is analysed using structural equation modelling to construct a scientific and reasonable model of the influencing factors,so that City’s Study can target to improve the users’ willingness to use.(4)Research on the optimization path of City’s Study services in the context of cultural and tourism integration.Based on the core characteristic elements of service projection image and the model of factors influencing users’ willingness to use extracted from the analysis of the supply and demand sides,and drawing on the“element theory” of libraries,the five key elements of “service,resources,space,management and users” are used to distinguish the differences between the supply and demand sides,to build a path for optimizing the integration of cultural and tourism services in City’s Study,and to put forward specific and feasible countermeasure suggestions.(5)Case study analysis of City’s Study characteristics in the context of cultural tourism integration.Five typical City’s Study were selected for empirical testing based on the key points in the optimisation path to determine the practicality and effectiveness of the optimisation path and countermeasures.Innovations in this study:(1)To systematically sort out the development of City’s Study and discover the coupling point between urban bookstores and tourism in the context of cultural and tourism integration,and to clarify the innovative development position of City’s Study;(2)Based on both the supply and demand sides,a systematic study was conducted on the characteristic elements of the service projection image and the influencing factors of users’ willingness to use City’s Study in the context of cultural tourism integration,and a model of characteristic elements and influencing factors was constructed,which enriched the research theory of City’s Study;(3)Based on the above study,the optimization path of City’s Study service in the context of cultural and tourism integration is constructed and specific optimization countermeasures are proposed,which can provide reference for the high-quality development of the cause of cultural and tourism integration of City’s Study in China. |
