| The issue of bad marriage customs has received more and more attention in the context of the national pilot work on marriage customs reform.The existing communication of marriage reform cannot be separated from the media’s publicity and government’s active mobilization.Therefore,this paper explores the commonalities and personalities presented by policy communication under different communication paths based on the actual communication of marriage reform by media and government,and provides new ideas for subsequent policy communication research.Based on the framework theory,this paper adopts Statistical analysis method and discourse analysis method to explore the communication situation of marriage reform under mass communication and organizational communication paths,and selects three representative cases for case study.We found that: traditional media have the advantages of continuity,professionalism and relevance in the dissemination of marriage reform,but there is a problem of a small number of thematic reports and a single theme;new media have the advantages of timely feedback and targeted public opinion guidance in the dissemination of marriage reform,but at the same time there is a problem of less professional content and less focused reports;civil affairs departments can carry out marriage reform in the dissemination of marriage reform according to local However,there are problems of unbalanced financial expenditures,weak policy innovation,little linkage with media,and lack of attention to public opinion guidance.Finally,the article proposes optimization strategies based on the communication situation of marriage reform: mass communication should rely on the advantages of media and focus on emotional communication;horizontal and deep development,and increase centralized publicity.Organizational communication should strengthen the linkage between the government and the media,enhance financial investment to enrich the form of activities,and strengthen the negative public opinion guidance of marriage reform.At present,policy communication needs to be promoted by both mass communication and organizational communication,and the integration of the two to promote multi-channel communication can give full play to their respective advantages and work together to promote the communication of marriage reform. |
