| With the continuous change of communication technology,in microwave point-to-point communication,antennas are required to have the characteristics of broadband,dual polarization,miniaturization and high gain.Some inherent properties of microstrip patch array antennas just fit this development trend and are widely used in the actual antenna design of modern wireless communication systems.Based on the above application background,this paper conducts a series of theoretical research and design analysis on the directional directional point-to-point communication dual polarized antenna.The main contents are as follows:1.A microstrip dual polarized antenna unit is designed.Parasitic patch is used to broaden the bandwidth of microstrip antenna,and orthogonal microstrip feeder is used to feed to achieve dual polarization characteristics.After theoretical analysis and calculation,the initial parameters are obtained,the antenna is simulated and optimized,and the radiation characteristics are analyzed.The final structure model and size values are obtained.The physical test results show that the impedance bandwidth of S11 less than-10 d B is 5.0-5.3GHz,the port isolation within the bandwidth S21 is greater than 28 d B,and the standing wave ratio within the frequency range is less than 2,which is in good agreement with the simulation results.2.An 8-element dual polarized array antenna is designed for 2 × 4 arranged in structural form.In order to achieve miniaturization,a symmetrical single-layer feeding network design is adopted,and the inverted phase feeding is adopted in the horizontal polarization direction.The microstrip feeder is used to adjust its phase difference to achieve in-phase feeding,so as to achieve high gain,dual polarization antenna array.The simulation results show that the overall performance of the antenna is superior,especially in gain and bandwidth.The physical measurement results show that the radiation characteristics of the array antenna are in good agreement with the simulation results.The impedance bandwidth with S11 parameter less than-10 d B is in the range of 5.0-6.0GHz,the average gain in the bandwidth is 15.5d Bi,the gain fluctuation in the band is less than3 d B,the port isolation in the full frequency band is more than 30 d B,and the difference between the main polarization level and the cross polarization level in the main lobe direction is 40 d B.The directional point-to-point communication dual polarized array antenna designed in this paper has the characteristics of broadband,stable gain variation,high port isolation and good cross polarization performance.The antenna is suitable for point-to-point communication system.The antenna has simple structure,strong adaptability and practical value. |
