Current Situation And Promotion Strategy Of University Library Information Service In Anhui Province Under New Media Environment

As a basic work of library,information service plays an important role in human knowledge inheritance and information dissemination,and is an indispensable part of library service.However,under the new media environment with the rapid development of smart phones,tablet computers and network technology,the role of traditional library information collection,storage and distribution is being weakened.Especially with the continuous popularization of mobile new media,people have increasingly diversified and convenient channels to obtain information and knowledge.In this case,how to deal with the impact of new media,how to use new media to develop information services,make the library information service work revitalized,is a difficult problem that the vast majority of libraries are facing.For college teachers and students,the acquisition of information in learning and research is more frequent and more necessary,which requires college libraries to make continuous breakthroughs in optimizing information services and building digital resources with The Times.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the information service of university library under the new media environment.This paper first introduces the research background and significance,research methods and content,and makes a comprehensive review of the research status at home and abroad.After defining the concept of new media and information service,this paper summarizes the development status and characteristics of new media and the information service status of university library.Then,taking the university library of Anhui Province as the case,this paper analyzes the information service performance of the target university library under the new media environment,excavates the existing problems of its information service,and combines the practical demands of teachers and students for information service,takes the information service situation of Huaibei Normal University library as the specific case,puts forward the corresponding information service mode scheme and information service optimization strategy.To some extent,it can provide reference suggestions for improving the information service ability of the library of Huaibei Normal University,so as to accelerate the digital development and construction of the library in the new media environment,and also provide case support for the improvement of information service of university libraries in Anhui Province and even nationwide.
