Currently the world economy is moving into an new age,the manufacturing industry is facing challenges includes supply chain risk,exceeded supply,demand change from large-scale standardization to personalized customization.The manufacturing enterprises needs take digital intelligence transformation to enhance their competitiveness.The information systems are the foundation of digital transformation.The information exchange and data resource sharing are the key and difficult points of information integration.Currently,the speed of intelligent transformation of Chinese enterprises are different.Small and medium-sized enterprises are moving difficultly during the intelligent transformation and upgrading.Whether intelligent manufacturing can be promoted in manufacturing enterprises determines whether China can transform from large manufacturing country to manufacturing powerhouse.Company MK is a FIE.It is a small discrete manufacturing enterprise.This article took MK ’s integration and optimization of MIS in the process of digital transformation as the background,introduced the current development status of MIS integration and optimization,explained the purpose and significance of the research,analyzed the current situation of MK’s MIS,and proposed strategies for integration and optimization.The specific work included:(1)With survey questionnaire and key users interview,investigated the status of MK’s MIS,analyzed the existing problems and causes,necessity and feasibility;(2)Make an overall plan for the integration and optimization of MK’s MIS,and analyze the Critical success factor of system integration and optimization,Proposed specific integration and optimization strategies;s well as implement guarantee measures;(3)Listed the implement guarantee measures from organization,HR,technology,system,funds,analyzed the implementation effects.Summarized the results and shortcomings.The study in this article strive to be low-cost,easy implement,minimal conflicts,and can provide a reference for other small and micro manufacturing enterprises to quickly and economically achieve digital transformation.It also greatly helps MK Company to improve the standardization,planning,and informatization level of management,make business processes more compatible with software systems,reduce redundant and ineffective work,and improve work efficiency.
