H company is mainly engaged in intellectual property industry software develop ment and consulting services.Because of its early start in the industry it has a certain influence and competitiveness.With the implementation of the national intellectual property strategy and enterprise intellectual property rights consciousness gradually strengthened,more and more competitors appear.After years of development although the company accumulated a certain amount of customers,the business strategy is not clear,therefore,it appeared stagnation development bottleneck.The purpose of this study is:to make future development strategy for H,through effectiv e strategic management breakthrough the bottleneck,foster strengths and circumvent weaknesses,and to realize fast development.To treat the H company’s development strategy as the research object,we furthe r analyzed the H company’s current organizational structure,corporate culture,the results obtained and the existing problems,and determine the H company urgent problems at present:human resources,research and development,marketing and customer service.Through the analysis of the company internal and external environment,the company of the external opportunities and threats,internal strength s and weaknesses we concluded that the available development strategy through the SWOT matrix.Finally,we use the AHP analytic hierarchy method,set evaluation indexes,constructing evaluation method,to evaluate alternative strategies and analysis.It is concluded that the optimal strategy is differentiation strategy suitable for H company,and puts forward Suggestions on the implementation of the strategy of H company. |
