A Study On The Problem Of Industrial Poverty Alleviation In Poverty-Stricken Areas

For a long time,due to the large number of poor people and the great difference between urban and rural development,many areas are facing poverty.The development of characteristic industries in poverty-stricken areas is an effective way to fundamentally solve the problem of poverty and improve the income of farmers.It has a long-term significance for poverty-stricken areas to get rid of poverty.Wangqing County is not only a key poverty-stricken county,but also a minority area and old revolutionary area.It belongs to a typical county of the old,the young,the border and the poor.At present,relying on the advantages of local resources,Wangqing County vigorously implements the Auricularia auricula industry poverty alleviation.Therefore,taking Wangqing County as the research object has certain representativeness,and it can also provide certain reference for the local government to implement the Auricularia auricula industry poverty alleviation policy.This paper takes the Auricularia auricula industry poverty alleviation in Wangqing County as an example,through consulting the relevant Poverty Alleviation Policies,and based on the data from the field survey,to understand the current situation and effectiveness of the Auricularia auricula industry poverty alleviation in Wangqing County,and to analyze the advantages and problems of implementing the Auricularia auricula industry poverty alleviation by using SWOT analysis method,so as to put forward that the Auricularia auricula industry poverty alleviation in Wangqing County will be good for a long time suggestions for development.The study shows that the unique geographical location and suitable climatic conditions of Wangqing County ensure the quality of Auricularia auricula.The government’s poverty alleviation policy provides guarantee for the growers,together with the increasing demand,provides guarantee for the sales of Auricularia auricula in Wangqing,which is conducive to the implementation of the poverty alleviation policy of Auricularia auricula industry.However,at present,there are still many problems affecting the poverty alleviation,such as scattered production,mixed quality of bacteria,low degree of intensive processing of products,narrow sales channels,pollution caused by waste bacteria bags,imperfect mechanism of product interest connection,lack of funds and technical knowledge of farmers.Based on the investigation and research of this paper,the following suggestions are put forward:to establish the advantages gathering area of Auricularia auricula industry,to improve the scale degree;to establish quality standards,to improve product quality;to focus on supporting leading enterprises,to enhance the intensive processing degree and additional capacity of products;to improve the benefit distribution system between enterprises and mushroom farmers,to broaden the channels of funds,to strengthen skills training,and to improve the effect of industrial poverty alleviation improve the environmental protection awareness of the mushroom farmers,protect the environment,make the long-term green development of Auricularia auricula industry,and help the poor people.
