Study On Problems Of Rural Poverty Alleviation In Wangqing County

Since the reform and opening up,China's rural poverty alleviation work has been carried out for more than and 20 years.At present,China's agricultural and rural development environment has undergone major changes,not only facing many favorable conditions,but also to speed up the solution of various problems.On the one hand,to speed up the agricultural and rural padded short board become the consensus of the party,to create a new situation of the "three rural" work together a powerful force;new urbanization accelerating,is to promote agriculture,rural city with sustained traction;accelerate the upgrading of the consumption structure of urban and rural residents,expand the space for the development of agriculture and rural areas with a huge power;the rural reform in full swing,to provide an inexhaustible source of power for the agricultural and rural modernization;in the tight constraints of resources and environment under the background,how to accelerate the transformation of agricultural development,to ensure the effective supply of grain and other major agricultural products,realize the sustainable utilization of resources and green development,this problem must be solved during the reality,the Chinese government according to the specific situation rural poverty,a series of targeted rural poverty alleviation projectsThis paper reviews the research status at home and abroad,analyzes the basic theories related to rural poverty alleviation,laid the foundation for thesis redundancy;secondly,analysis of the specific situation of Wangqing County Rural Poverty,reviews the evolution stages of the rural poverty reduction policy in Wangqing County,and summarizes the achievements of Wangqing County Rural Poverty alleviation;thirdly,to the author' s field research as the basis of the Wangqing County rural poverty alleviation project implementation to carry on the questionnaire survey,analysis of the problems in the process of poverty alleviation in Wangqing County,and puts forward relevant policy suggestions.On the whole,the incidence of poverty in rural areas has been effectively reduced,poverty is no longer concentrated,contiguous occurrence,showing a growing trend of decentralization,poverty alleviation is more difficult,more complex challenges.In this paper,by consulting a large number of literature,the use of comprehensive comparison,induction,summary and other scientific methods,and the combination of theoretical research and empirical research.The paper proposes the following solutions:role focused industrial poverty alleviation projects in rural poverty alleviation,mobilize social forces to participate in poverty alleviation of rural poverty alleviation,promote diversification,to fully protect the right to know and the right to participate in the poor households.At the same time,we should establish and improve the project management mechanism,promote the sustainable development of the project,strengthen the investment of human capital,improve the quality of rural population...
