| After the global financial crisis in 2008,countries have implemented expansionary monetary and fiscal policies,and capital flows have become more smooth and rampant.As the second largest economy,China’s economic growth has entered a declining range,international trade competition has intensified,and trade friction has increased.The macroeconomic environment is becoming more and more complex.In 2020,the central government will put forward a new development pattern of domestic and international double cycle.Within the industry,the development of all kinds of private banks,financial opening policy and the rise of consumer finance have caused more impact on the business of banking companies.At the same time,the continuous high pressure of the regulatory policy further standardizes the operation of the banking company business,and the guidance of the real economy also makes the banking business,especially the company business,face great operating pressure.This paper aims to provide constructive suggestions for the transformation of corporate business of commercial banks through the research on the transformation strategy of JT bank Shenzhen Branch.Through literature research,comparative analysis and expert consultation,this paper analyzes and solves the problems with the help of the theory of enterprise strategic transformation.This paper first introduces the development process of JT bank and the development history of JT bank Shenzhen Branch,and focuses on the analysis of the company’s business development strategy,expounds the business status and existing problems,and makes an analysis from four aspects of business strategy,assets,liabilities and income.This paper studies the transformation necessity of the macro environment and industry competition situation faced by the bank.Then this paper uses SWOT analysis method to analyze the internal strengths,internal weaknesses,external opportunities and external challenges of enterprises.Through SWOT matrix,the paper summarizes that the company should focus on strategy,and puts forward relevant specific measures,such as adhering to the focus strategy,focusing on "customer-centered",focusing on "creating characteristic advantages",focusing on financial technology,etc.Finally,it puts forward a series of safeguard measures for transformation and development,such as organizational change,cultural construction,personnel training,risk control first,etc.This paper holds a positive attitude towards the current business transformation development of banking companies,puts forward reasonable suggestions on the choice of business transformation,and provides a relatively complete set of safeguard measures,which provides a relatively useful reference for the future business transformation of commercial banks. |
