| Finance is an important part of the national economy,which plays an important role in the stability and development of the national economy.The state-owned commercial bank is an important part of the financial market,which not only has the functions of monetary financing,payment and settlement,loan support,but also plays the social functions of capital allocation,financial stability,financial poverty alleviation,and is an important hand in the macro-control of the national economy.J city is located in the northwest of Henan Province.It is a half-hour economic circle city of Zhengzhou.As a secondary branch of Agricultural Bank of China established in J City,J City branch of Agricultural Bank of China is a typical representative of state-owned commercial banks.It takes the implementation of superior administrative policies as the development premise,safety,robustness and compliance as the primary business objective.In recent years,it has been in the forefront of the financial industry in supporting the county economic development and serving the three rural areas.However,compared with the Bank of China,China Construction Bank,industrial and Commercial Bank of China and joint-stock commercial bank,J branch of Agricultural Bank of China,due to the late listing of share reform,long policy implementation chain,poor product innovation,weak urban customer base,aging employees and other reasons,the overall operation has increased,but there are still many gaps.Especially in recent years,with the country actively supporting the diversified development of the financial market,joint-stock commercial banks,local commercial banks,rural commercial banks,etc.are springing up,becoming a new force of finance.These banks are not limited to the first tier cities,but gradually extend to the third and fourth tier cities.China CITIC Bank,Everbright Bank,Zhongyuan bank and other joint-stock commercial banks move into J city.These commercial banks have outstanding characteristics such as flexible mechanism,novel products,strong innovation,high sensitivity and strong profitability,which have caused huge impact and operation pressure on state-owned commercial banks.Corporate banking is the main part of commercial banks,which not only plays adecisive role in the deposit stability,value contribution and profit creation of commercial banks,but also plays an important role in stabilizing the relationship between banks and government,and in strengthening the cooperation between banks and enterprises.The author has worked in J branch of Agricultural Bank of China for more than 5 years.Based on the relevant theories and risk control theories of commercial banks’ operation and management of public business,this paper takes the behavior research object of J branch of Agricultural Bank of China as the research content,and takes the core indicators of public deposit,corporate loan,and corporate intermediary business income as the research content,and carefully analyzes the corporate deposit,corporate loan,corporate intermediary business income,corporate account and customer settlement of J branch of Agricultural Bank of China in recent four years Make quantitative and qualitative analysis based on relevant data.It is found that there are a series of problems in the public business of J City branch of Agricultural Bank of China,such as weak customer base,unstable public deposits,unbalanced regional development,unreasonable structure of public loans,high proportion of restrictive loans,poor profitability,single income product of public intermediary business,weak product innovation,etc.,and the causes of the problems are found.Finally,combined with the local economic structure and market environment of J City,as well as the financial industry competition situation,the paper gives the suggestions for the transformation of corporate business of J City branch of Agricultural Bank of China: first,the transformation of core corporate business;second,the transformation of system and mechanism;third,the transformation of product system;fourth,the transformation of corporate customer construction;fifth,the transformation of marketing mode.It is hoped that through the research,it can promote the overall marketing and management level of public business of J City branch of Agricultural Bank of China,improve its market share,achieve substantial improvement in its profitability and effectiveness,and play a positive role in guiding the long-term stable development. |
