Research On Evolutionary Game Behavior Of Different Stakeholders In Green Supply Chain Based On Fairness Concern

Under the restraint of the green transformation and upgrading of the national manufacturing industry and the significant improvement of consumers with the green environmental protection consciousness,companies have to start thinking about the green supply chain and the stakeholders’ behavior preference,a large number of research results show that fairness concerns an important impact on the decision-making of supply chain members.How to establish an appropriate decision-making mechanism based on fairness preference behavior to exert the advantages of each subject,realizing a relatively fair distribution of profits among members,at the same time,promoting the development of the green supply chain as soon as possible,has become a major focus of current research.From this perspective,this paper aimed at in study of the internal mechanism and system stability which involve different fairness concern situation of green supply chain decision-making behavior among the subjects,to perfect the green supply chain market,coordinate the relationship between the interests of the market main stakeholders,to solve the contradiction between supply and demand,market order,macroeconomic regulation and control and a series of problems with practical significance.Firstly,by summarizing the existing literature,the concept of green supply chain,government intervention and fairness concerns behavior of enterprise was defined.On this basis,the three interest stakeholders who influence green supply chain running smoothly were selected.It’s further analysis that the relations of their obligations and functions,interests and contradictions,cooperation and competition;Secondly,the evolutionary game model among the government,suppliers and retailers is constructed,considering the utility function and mutual interest relationship of the green supply chain participants under the three cases of only supplier fairness concern,only retailer fairness concern and both supplier and retailer fairness concern.Finally,combines with dynamic numerical simulation method to study the green supplier cost,enterprise fairness coefficient of concern,government intervention,subsidies and penalties and other parameters’ variation on the supply chain members,the influence of strategic behavior evolution results,which gives targeted advice to the suppliers,retailers and government respectively,in order to provide references for the realization of the balance of the tripartite Stakeholders.The results show that the green supply chain system has an ideal set of stable state strategies when suppliers and retailers both have a tendency to care about fairness;The fairness concern behavior is not necessarily beneficial to green supply chain,the strong or weak position of enterprises in the market should also be considered seriously.Furthermore,the degree of fairness concern mainly affects the strategic choice of enterprises,only has little influence on the strategic behavior of the government;Unilateral fairness concerns will have an adverse impact on the construction of a green supply chain system,while full fairness concerns are conducive to building a complete green supply chain;Under different fairness concerns situation,the impact of supplier green cost and government regulatory cost is different on the construction of green supply chain.The effects of government subsidies are different from the penalties in different stages on the green supply chain.
