Sichuan Tianfu New Area Investment Environment Survey Report

The definition of investment environment refers to the factors that attract investment,including the soft and hard environments in a region.The quality of the investment environment is an important consideration in attracting investment.Investment environment evaluation is to evaluate and measure the investment environment,analyze the pros and cons of the environment where the investment is located,and provide reference and basis for investment decision-making.The evaluation result of the investment environment will directly affect the investment behavior of investors.Since investors are the ultimate evaluators of the investment environment and the actors who ultimately make investments,this article uses questionnaire surveys and individual interviews from the perspective of investors to conduct a survey of 1,600 investment companies investing in Tianfu New District,Sichuan.Investigation.Based on the study of the evaluation index system of investment environment by Chinese and foreign scholars,and according to the actual situation of Tianfu new area,this paper designs a set of evaluation index system of investment environment,which includes 22 specific indexes,including administrative environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment,legal environment,infrastructure construction and physical geography,And in our questionnaire,we added the survey of the basic situation of the enterprise,the survey of the business status and future investment intention of the enterprise,and the opinions and suggestions on the investment environment.This report basically investigates the evaluation of investors on the investment environment of Tianfu new area.In the questionnaire survey and interviews,it was found that although Chinese and foreign invested enterprises in Tianfu New Area are generally satisfied with the investment environment of Tianfu New Area,there are insufficient government preferential policies,failure to meet initial investment commitments,insufficient project supporting services,financing difficulties,and expensive logistics.Problems such as high cost and high cost of production factors and insufficient supporting functions of industrial parks.The reasons for these problems are not only subjective reasons such as insufficient government support and insufficient reduction of power and decentralization,but also objective reasons such as limited government financial resources,large gaps between infrastructure and eastern coastal areas,and short construction time for parks.In response to the problems found in the survey,we put forward specific suggestions in the article to increase policy support,strengthen services to enterprises,deepen financial support,accelerate the reduction of transportation and logistics costs,strengthen factor guarantees,and improve the level of supporting facilities in the park.It is hoped to optimize the investment environment of Tianfu New Area.
