Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Tax Service In Jinniu District Of Chengdu Based On The Needs Of Taxpayers

Nowadays,our country and the society pays more and more attention to the tax service.Study on the problems of tax service is required for Construction of Service-oriented Government and harmonious relationship between tax levy and payment.Through analysis on present condition,The Taxation Bureau of Jinniu District put forward tax service measures called Three Dimensional Staggered peak tax service to improve the quality of tax payment services.But at present,the level of tax services in the Taxation Bureau of Jinniu District still needs to be improved.This paper takes The Taxation Bureau of Jinniu District as the research object,studies the essence of tax payment services by using the theory of New Public Management and collecting data questionnaire.Then,it concludes five problems existing in the tax service of The Tax bureau of Jinniu District.By considering the reality in grass-roots tax bureau,this paper put forward countermeasures and suggestions to improve the the quality of tax payment services in grass-roots tax bureau.The suggestions include correcting tax services concept,reinforcing the publicity of taxation,improving the online tax services and staffs’ working skill,optimizing the tax process.This paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant theories of tax service,summarizes the tax service measures that The Taxation Bureau of Jinniu District has used,and further studies the current situation of tax service in Jinniu District,finds out the existing problems and the reasons,aiming at improve the level of tax service in Jinniu District.At last,the paper presents countermeasures to improve the level of tax service in Jinniu District and promote development of tax economy in Jinniu District.
