A Study On The Strategy For Enhancing The Taxpayers Service Of Dalian Local Tax Bureau,Jinzhou Branch

With the increasing pace of modern life,taxpayer service became an important part of tax related works.This point of view has been confirmed as well as improved by many scholars all around the world.Because of working in Jinzhou Local Tax Bureau,the writer will try to make some suggestions for work of taxpayer service in Jinzhou District.This essay will focus on a questionnaire that was designed and distributed to taxpayers,and the writer will analyze the results and questions on it.Though work of taxpayer service goes quite well in Jinzhou District,there are several problems: not appropriate operating mechanism and being lack of supervising rules largely frustrate the work,besides,the internet tax platform is not good enough to solve some problems,Tax related propaganda does not help much to the circumstance neither.To deal with these problems,the writer firmly believe that the tax bureaus are supposed to take targeted actions such as establishing supervising rules and efficient operating mechanism,make more initiative propaganda and so on.The essay will explain these points in details.
