As a sunrise industry recognized by the world,medical devices have great development space.Because of their huge demand,wide use departments in hospitals and simple product technology,there are more than 300 syringes factories in China.While meeting the domestic market,China’s syringes are exported to countries all over the world.Due to the risks of repeated use and needle tip stabbing of traditional syringes,cross infection and disease transmission are easy to occur,the proportion of unsafe injections in the world is as high as 50%.In order to improve the level of safety injection,safety syringes have become the priority products by many countries.WHO calls for the global use of safety syringes.European and American countries,have legislated to force the use of safety syringes,which has a broad market prospect.MDL company has entered into the field of safety syringe at early time in China,and their safety syringes have exported to many countries and regions in the world.Facing the increasingly fierce market competition environment and increasing competitors,how to optimize the marketing strategy of European and American markets and stabilize the international market share is the key to the sustainable development of enterprises in the future.Taking MDL company as the research object,this paper analyzes its safety syringe marketing strategy in Europe and America.Based on STP theory and comprehensive marketing theory,using research methods such as literature analysis,field investigation and comparative analysis,and based on the analysis of the macro environment,competitive environment and internal environment of MDL company,this paper focuses on the marketing status of the company’s safety syringe market in Europe and America from the aspects of marketing organization and marketing strategy,puts forward the marketing achievements,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the causes of the problems.Based on the above research,through market segmentation,target market selection and market positioning,this paper selects the target market and finds the correct market positioning,optimizes the company’s safety syringe marketing strategy from the aspects of integrated marketing,relationship marketing,internal marketing and social responsibility marketing,and puts forward corresponding safeguard measures to ensure the effective implementation of the marketing strategy.Through this research,it will help MDL company to optimize marketing strategies and methods with competitive advantages,continuously expand the European and American safety syringe market,improve the company’s core competitiveness,and finally realize the sustainable development of MDL company.Meanwhile,through this research,it can provide reference for domestic similar safety syringe manufacturers to explore the overseas market.
