This thesis is based on the related theory of marketing strategy and takes medium and small produce and sale enterprise such as YH Medical Treatment Co., Ltd. as an example to systemically and scientifically analyze the marketing strategy of YH, which is in virtue of various strategically analysis tools and uses quantitative and qualitative analysis method, under the industrial background of ozone curing intervertebral disk in China. It makes the general analysis on the marketing strategically environment that YH faced by using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model, EFES analysis and IFES analysis tools. Through SWOT and SPACE Matrix analyses and combining with the practical condition and specialty of the company, the company strategy and marketing strategy have been set down. The thesis also studies on subdivision strategy of market, target market selection, market orientation strategy and marketing combination strategy, and points out the needed measures and supports to implement the series strategies at the same time. The writer hopes to provide constructive advices and referencable experiences on making marketing strategy for domestic enterprises like YH by the thesis. |
