The wave of China’s science and technology developing rapidly,some industry of these areas are leading the global market.New technology fundamentally realizes information sharing more convenient,more efficient and lower cost.Customer’s way of thinking and behavior habits are changing,too.Since 2016,The China state council and Shandong government have issued a number of documents,Asking for suggestions and requirements on the construction of "E-Government services" and "E-Supervision",thus the construction of e-government platform has entered a fast lane.With smart government affairs as the origin of cross-border operation,CCB overturns the traditional single-point and decentralized marketing mode,and builds a smart government platform as the core,which integrates government customers,enterprises users and individual customers.This platform has a network of interlaced product systems,realizing the acquisition of customers in large quantities and online.This thesis discusses the smart government competition strategy of S Branch of CCB by using strategic management theory and tools.This thesis begins with a brief introduction to the literature and theories related to the competition strategy.Then use the PEST theory analysis the external environment of CCB’s S branch,using porter five model analyzes the competition status,draw S branch faces the national policy,new technology development,the people thought transformation such as opportunities.Meanwhile,it is facing the threat of fierce competition,strong purchasing power,strict policy and legal environment.Furthermore,through value chain analysis tools,the thesis obtains S branch’s advantages in brand value,project experience,financial support,and disadvantages in business return,product output,operation support and other aspects.At the same time,the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of S branch are comprehensively analyzed through SWOT analysis model,and corresponding competitive measures are formulated.Use QSPM matrix quantitative analysis,it is showed that differentiation strategy is the preferred strategy.Aiming at the differentiation strategy of smart government business of S Branch,this thesis puts forward the implementation paths of differentiation of operation mode,product,promotion mode and profit mode,and service mode.Finally,from the perspective of financial,human resources and organizational structure,we put forward suggestions and methods to guarantee the implementation of strategies.Through the analysis of the smart government business of S Branch,we hope to help it determine its dominant position in market competition and bring about the growth of the branch’s benefits.
