With the maturity and popularization of mobile Internet technology,people's life has gradually entered the intelligent age.In the new wave of Internet of things and smart home development,smart voice control and interaction has become a trend and tendency,and this trend is changing people's lives.From the analysis of the international and domestic development trends,in the next 10 years,the smart speech development will face a rare historical opportunity period,especially the hot smart speaker should be used for the beginning of the smart voice devices in the Internet of things.The smart speaker based on smart voice technology is the entrance of home intelligence interconnection,the market prospect is broad,but the competition will rapidly evolve very intensely.A Corporation,as a listed corporation,starting from ODM business,after 18 years of development and technology accumulation,it has built up its core competitiveness in many aspects,such as manufacturing capability,product R&D capability,quality management system,project operation ability and so on.In the last two years,it has in-deep cooperation with front-line consumer electronics brands in the field of smart speaker business.In particular,it has established a cooperative relationship with domestic and foreign ecological companies with deep layout of smart voice technology,and the development situation is promising.Rich experience has been gained in working with program providers,first-line brands,and in planning and developing new products.If it is confined to ODM business,it will be difficult for the company to develop further.Its parent company T Group has a wealth of home appliances,including televisions,refrigerators,washing machines,air conditioners,mobile phones,rice cookers,induction cookers,lighting appliances,etc.It has many years experience of brand management and perfect online and offline sales channels.How to planning the smart devices in the development tide of smart home,win the development opportunity and the smart voice business of corporation A,will undoubtedly supplement the product line of T group company's own brand.Especially the smart speaker is very suitable for the future smart home interconnection gateway.Considering the future development of corporation A.How to grasp the opportunity of smart voice service,combine the business development and plan of T Group,based on its own resource and ability advantage,seize the opportunity,plan the future,find the competition strategy suitable for its own development is particularly important for A Corporation.Based on the basic theory of competitive strategy,this thesis uses a variety of research methods,such as field investigation,literature research,comparative analysis,and so on,and uses management analysis tools such as PEST analysis,value chain analysis,Porter's five-force model and SWOT analysis.This thesis analyzes the macro environment and industry development of A Corporation's smart voice business,and analyzes the internal resources,core competence and competitive advantage of A company through the field investigation of A company.It can be seen that company A has strong advantages in R&D,manufacturing,cost control,quality management and project operation,and needs further improvement in market expansion.Combined with the core competitive ability of A Corporation based on smart voice service,through the feasibility analysis of different strategies,this thesis selects the combination competition strategy of cost leading strategy and differentiation strategy for A Corporation.This thesis further discusses the ways to implement the competitive strategy of A Corporation.Through the cost management of the whole value chain,we should adapt to the changes of the market quickly,use the flexible production system to produce low-cost products quickly,and constantly learn new skills.Improve product planning and design capabilities,total quality management,and develop high-quality products for strategic implementation.It also discusses in detail how to provide guarantee for the implementation of strategy from the aspects of rational allocation of enterprise resources,construction of enterprise culture,construction of human resources system and brand publicity,and deduces that A company mainly adopts cost leading strategy.The combination competition strategy supplemented by differentiation strategy is basically feasible.
