| With the continuous improvement of the opening-up level of China’s insurance industry,more advanced business ideas and richer insurance agent training system continue to enter the Chinese market,which will further stimulate the market vitality of the insurance industry,which is a turning point for China’s insurance industry where opportunities and challenges coexist.Looking for new opportunities for the development of the insurance industry in 2021 is an inevitable step out of the "stereotyped development pattern" of the insurance industry.In recent years,the quality and skills of foreign insurance companies and branches of Shandong life insurance company have been gradually exposed in the process of entering the strong business development mode.Firstly,in the process of entering the business development mode of Shandong life insurance company,they have to face various disadvantages.Based on the above background,this paper uses the questionnaire survey method to study the problems existing in the training system,and uses the causal analysis method to analyze the specific causes of the existing problems of the training system from four aspects:training demand analysis,training design and development,training implementation and training effect evaluation.The specific reasons can be summarized as follows:the implementation of the interview system is not in place,the curriculum system Imperfect lecturer system and platform construction,lax training process control,imperfect class operation system,imperfect training evaluation system,etc.In view of the causes of the problems in the agent training system,based on the ADDIE model,this paper puts forward the optimization design measures according to the four steps of training demand analysis,training design and development,training implementation and training effect evaluation.Specifically,firstly,through the planning and implementation of double-level interview and the establishment of trainees’ post competence,this paper excavates the trainees’ training needs,Help students establish scientific and reasonable training objectives;Secondly,by optimizing and upgrading the existing curriculum system,lecturer system and training platform,attract tutors to teach and students to participate in training;Thirdly,in the implementation process of training,strengthen process control,improve teaching methods,and use the controllability of the process to reduce the uncontrollability of the results;Finally,the training effect evaluation is optimized from three aspects:training evaluation system,supervision system and feedback system.As the optimization of the training system is a complex and systematic project,in order to ensure the smooth development of all work,the company also needs to provide strong guarantee from the aspects of strengthening training resource management,strengthening supportive human resource management,using scientific and technological assistance,strengthening the construction of organizational atmosphere and so on.First of all,the company should strengthen the management of training resources,standardize the management of training fees,plan the training center,and manage teaching materials and archives;Secondly,the company should strengthen supportive human resources management,change the functional orientation of human resources department,pay attention to the physical and mental health and development of agents,strengthen the fairess construction of distribution system,and strengthen the income and promotion planning of agents;Thirdly,with the help of science and technology,the company can establish a training auxiliary system to provide students with two functions:knowledge test and intelligent training,and predict the overall operation of the training system through the analysis and supervision of data;Finally,the company should create a continuous learning atmosphere and supportive interpersonal atmosphere,and mobilize employees’ work will through the improvement of organizational atmosphere. |
