Tian Hai Property & Casualty Insurance.co.LTD.Shandong Branch has founded for 11 years,and rooted in the local market.By the high quality customer service,Shandong branch had earned a living space.But in recent years,the regulatory authorities of the insurance companies put forward new requirements: Return to guarantee and improve the service system.Tian Hai Property & Casualty Insurance.co.LTD.Shandong Branch needs to adjust its business structure to comply with regulatory requirements and market rules,improve their operational efficiency and profitability,to survive in the fierce competition.In company's strategic adjustment process,General Manager's Office members of Shandong branch have many problems to face: How to realize the goal that the corporation issued of premium doubled in three years and joining in the top five in local insurance industry;How to change the existing bancassurance service personnel notion and realize the sales ability promotion after the industry regulatory issued the new requirements that the regression to guarantee of insurance enterprise business;How to improve the service level and to achieve the second sales during service personnel directly service customs in routine items;How to improve the comprehensive ability of senior management cadres,strengthen team cohesion,attract more talents to join;How to make a highly educated,high quality,young team to develop their potential.The nature of these problems is personnel training,is the gap between the capability of the existing personnel and the actual capability of enterprise's demand.Shandong branch has no training system,training can't support the strategic adjustment of the enterprise.The training department needs to take the opportunity to establish a sound training system,do a good job of knowledge management and personnel training,docking enterprise strategy and employee performance.In this paper the principle of employee training and development system is applied.And we interview with management cadres to obtain the strategic training needs;using the questionnaire to obtain employee occupation career training needs from groups of employees.And we integrated cost benefit and enforceability of these training needs to sort out the Shandong branch training needs.In the design of the program,the aim of training and the training objects are made clear.Different training methods will be applied due to different training contents.So the advanced teaching methods are introduced,such as case teaching method,action learning method and so on.The training program after the adjustment will focus more on training effect,the training transformation and employee involvement.This program also designed the system of the curriculum and teaching materials development,the system of training teacher development and management and other related systems,to provide support for the actual training programs.Finally,the training effect evaluation system is established based on the different training contents,which can be used to test the effectiveness of the training program and to provide help for the improvement of some training project.It is hoped that the research in this paper can provide practical reference for the establishment of the insurance enterprise training system,and provide valuable information for the personnel training of the transformation of the insurance enterprise.
