| Rural tourism is regarded as one of the important models of new rural construction, and it is also an important force to promote rural revitalization. In recent years, various policies issued by the state have paid great attention to rural tourism. With the continuous in-depth development of rural tourism, rural tourism relying on regional natural scenic spots has become a common phenomenon, that is,the integrated development of scenic villages, which has greatly promoted the farmers around the scenic spot to increase their income and get rich and get rid of poverty smoothly. However, farmers play a core role in the development of rural tourism. The development of rural tourism not only needs the promotion of external policies, but also needs to fundamentally stimulate the participation of farmers and improve the participation level of farmers,so as to achieve to be well-off.Under the background of the integrated development of Jingcun, this paper selects Longmen Gu scenic spot and surrounding villages in Rizhao City as a typical case. With the support of agricultural multi-function theory, community engagement theory, community empowerment theory and stakeholder theory, through Elinor Ostrom’s IAD extension model, this paper establishes variables such as farmers’ objective cognition, land utilization rate, rural tourism market and policy drive into the model,Through the logistic binary regression analysis of the sampling survey data of farmers, the following conclusions are obtained:Farmers’ willingness to participate,Farmers pay more attention to the family’s future income expectation, income source, support of family members, actual location advantages of housing and tourism income, while other influencing factors have little impact on Farmers’ choice motivation and fail to enter the evaluation model. From the perspective of hypothesis verification, the model fits hypothesis 1,hypothesis 2 and Hypothesis 4 well, but does not support hypothesis3 and Hypothesis 5.From another perspective,it reveals that farmers’ willingness to participate is affected by many factors, and this influence shows different strength.Farmers’ participation behavior,Farmers participating in rural tourism pay more attention to land circulation, land political situation and land potential value. They hope that the development of scenic spots will upgrade and improve their own land, and can actively integrate into the development of rural tourism on the premise of age conditions, significant location advantages and market recognition. It is worth noting that land resource policies, tourism development policies and tourism stimulation strategies are still typical blind spots for farmers’ participation. Therefore,in the future, guidance should be strengthened in terms of policy publicity and implementation,so as to fully stimulate farmers’ participation enthusiasm and realize the rapid revitalization and rise of rural areas.Comparative analysis of participating and non participating farmers,Farmers who have participated pay more attention to the future income and the development of scenic spots, because the better the development of scenic spots, the better their income expectation;Non participating farmers pay more attention to their own income structure and location factors. How to break through location constraints and provide more participation opportunities is an important way to stimulate farmers’ participation motivation.Based on this, this paper puts forward the incentive strategies for farmers to participate in rural tourism from the three stakeholders of the government, scenic spots and farmers,in order to realize the integrated and sustainable development of scenic villages. |
