| With China’s full participation in the globalization of the economic system,improving industrial competitiveness is not only the fundamental foundation for enhancing comprehensive competitiveness,but also the key body for improving China’s comprehensive competitiveness.Nowadays,social and economic activities have gradually changed from manufacturing-led to service-oriented,the service industry has become an important indicator of the degree of economic development of a country or a region,and promoting the upgrading of industrial structure is an important factor in achieving economic stabilization and the improvement of the real economy,especially in areas where the development of the service industry is lagging behind,and the potential for industrial structure upgrading is greater.It is necessary to rapidly enhance the competitiveness of regional industries and sustainable economic and social development,and actively promote the development of the service industry through various measures.Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is precisely the core area of green transformation and development in the eastern part of Jilin Province,with its own unique and good location advantages,resource advantages and policy advantages.Although the comprehensive strength of our state has been continuously strengthened in recent years,and the level of development of the service industry has gradually improved,compared with the national average,its development situation is generally not optimistic,the internal structure of the service industry is still unbalanced and uncoordinated,and the guiding role in the upgrading of the industrial structure is not obvious enough.To enhance industrial competitiveness,doing a good job in the investigation and evaluation of the service structure of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is a basic and forward-looking work.This article mainly attempts to analyze from the following aspects:(1)This paper briefly and systematically reviews the connotation of service industry,industrial structure and industrial structure upgrading,and gives sufficient theoretical proof,which provides the necessary theoretical basis for the empirical research of this paper,and provides a basis for the subsequent solution of developing the service industry to promote industrial structure upgrading.(2)Through the current situation of the service industry in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,the status of the service industry in the economy of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is analyzed.Focusing on the analysis of the change trend of various internal industries,the change of the number of employed people in various industries is compared and analyzed,and the results obtained from this are the overall evaluation of the service industry in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture.(3)Based on the data of Yanbian Statistical Yearbook and Jilin Provincial Statistical Yearbook,the empirical comparative study analyzed the structure of the service industry in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,the employment structure of the service industry and the investment structure of the service industry in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture from 2000 to 2020.Taking the traditional service industry,emerging service industry and modern service industry as the main research body,the development and changes of each object in different years are compared and analyzed,and the problems in the added value structure,employment structure and investment structure of various industries within the service industry are obtained.(4)The research results show that the impact of the development level of the service industry on the rationalization of the industrial structure was zero in the first period and then continued to be positive,indicating that the development level of the service industry has a promoting effect on the rationalization of the industrial structure and has a lagging effect;The impact of the service industry development level on the upgrading of the industrial structure was zero in the first period,then became negative,and gradually became positive from the sixth period,indicating that the development level of the service industry has a restraining effect on the upgrading of the industrial structure in the short term,and has a promoting effect in the long run;The impact of the service industry development level on the ecological structure of the industrial structure was zero in the first period,followed by positive,and became negative from the sixth period,indicating that the development level of the service industry has promoted the ecological role of the industrial structure in the short term,and has a certain inhibitory effect in the long run.Based on the above results combined with the current situation and stage of the development of the service industry in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture,the direction of structural adjustment and optimization of the service industry in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is clearly put forward,and countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the optimization of industrial structure are proposed. |
