Changjitu The Open Pilot Area Under The Framework Of The Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture In Industrial Structure Optimization Studies

Yanbian state whose optimization problem of Industrial structure has a great significance in economic development of the minority is the major residence of Chinese Korean. Based on the establishment of development and opening Pilot Area in the Chang Jitu, Yanbian state caught the best opportunities for economic development in history, and becomes the frontier for China to participate in Cooperative and development of the Tumen river basin,which provided the conditions to optimize Industrial structure for Yanbian state. Under the conditions of the framework of Chang Jitu's development and opening Pilot Area, this paper focused on how to strengthen the industrial linkage between different areas and to optimize the industrial structure for Yanbian state in order to realize economy coordinated development.Taking the related economic theory as guidance, this paper analyzed the existing problems and the insufficiency in economic development of Yanbian state; Then combined with industry developing orientation of the three areas in Chang Jitu under the background of Chang Jitu's development and opening Pilot Area, the article put forward goals and principles of the industrial structure for Yanbian state; Meanwhile, the study compared and analyzed the three modes of industrial structure optimization, and determined mixed mode of the industry structure optimization for Yanbian state. Finally, the author proposed some specific paths to optimize industry structure for Yanbian state from four angles, and expounded the security system of industry structure optimization for Yanbian state from the three angles of policy guarantee, talent support and financial support.
