With the rapid development of financial market,commercial banks are always confronting new shocks and challenges.In the meantime,the competitive pressure is increasing,so,customer relationship management works significantly in improving the competitive strength of commercial banks.N Bank is a local commercial bank.Based on the S Branch of N Bank,the writer follow the guidance of the customer relationship management research achievements at home and abroad.The writer combines with the practice of his long-term bank work experience,using PEST model through literature research and other research methods.The writer studies the current management situation of SME customer relationship in S branch,analyzing the existing weak in customer relationship management consciousness,insufficient in customer information mining and information technology guarantee,and the gap between product customer development.Then analyze the cause of the problem.This paper focuses on the fact of S Branch and studies deeply into current problems,put forwarding relevant improvements.First,update the concept of customer relationship management;second,depth optimization and consolidation of customer information data management;Third,improve and strengthen information technology construction;Fourth,enhance the competitiveness of products and services.Last but not least,the corresponding supporting measures are put forward from enterprise culture,system perfection,Team building,information technology and organization implementation.Through the research of this paper,effective advice are offered for further optimization of small and medium enterprises customer relationship management of S branch.
