After china's successful reform and opening-up nearly forty years,with globalization of world economy,China realized the highest speed development and reached the stabilize development stage,China is not just manufacturing plant of world,but also the power-engine of world economy and most attractive market in world.The Equipment Manufacturing industry is the foundation of modern national economic development,is the guarantee of others industry development,the structure upgrade and state security?The development of equipment manufacturing is the national strategic needs.All famous international equipment providers have built their sub-company or sub-manufacturing plant in china,they have their business activities in China,and some realized better achievement and some lost with economic development.Chinese manufacture studied al lot in the technic and management from the equipment provider.With grown of China's equipment manufacturing industry,the change of science and technology,international equipment company which operated in China for many years,how to develop business in the changed market conditions,Facing more flexible requests and higher level demand.We briefly introduced and studied the B Company's success and present problems,details analysis the social environments,business conditions and SWOT of B Company in new marketing situation(well productivity development,technological innovation quickly)with different methods,including PEST analysis method,porter's five-forces model analysis,SWOT theory.We list all marketing factors and B company's advantages and weakness,grasp the opportunities and take advantages,avoid risks,make up the weakness,list our suggestion that realize the “customer relationship maintains and development” is core of company running,improvement the customer's satisfaction and loyal index is company's aim.In technology development and the trend of product homogeneity,enterprise build the strength management characters in customer relationship maintains,make it as core competitiveness except the products' characters.We hope this paper will be helpful in the management to some Chinese companies.
