Technological innovation,as the core activity of enterprise product development,is the top priority to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.However,with the continuous change of people ’s consumption concept,consumers ’preferences are increasingly showing obvious heterogeneity,which makes the relationship between“ user needs – product development ”particularly prominent.Therefore,enterprises must comprehensively consider the needs of users to carry out technological innovation,and carry out technological planning and product development based on diversified and personalized needs.At the same time,the increasingly dynamic and changeable market environment increases the uncertainty of technological innovation,thereby increasing the cost pressure and innovation risk of enterprise technological innovation.Therefore,it is an important link for enterprises to reduce innovation costs and improve innovation efficiency by scientific means to accurately identify key technologies based on user needs and analyze their development trends.In view of this,this paper puts forward the analysis method of key technology identification and technology development trend based on user demand,which organically combines user demand,product and technology,so that the identification of key technology can focus on user demand,and judge the development and future trend of technology,aiming to provide scientific decision-making reference for enterprises to accurately and efficiently formulate technological innovation schemes.Firstly,starting from the acquisition of user requirements and priority ranking,this paper obtains relevant requirements information through interviews and forum reviews,and determines the weight of user requirements by interval binary semantic algorithm,so as to realize the priority ranking of user requirements.Secondly,with the help of patent data analysis of product and technical information,this paper uses LDA algorithm to cluster patent text to obtain technical topics.Through two quality function expansions,the two-layer quality house of ’ user requirements-products ’ and ’ products-technical topics ’ is constructed respectively,so as to transform the weight and priority of user requirements into the weight and priority of technical topics,and identify key technologies that can prioritize meeting user requirements.Thirdly,based on the two evaluation indexes of technology theme application heat and technology theme intensity,this paper constructs the analysis model of technology theme development trend.According to the relative trend of the two,the technology theme is divided into five categories : ’ expanding type ’,’ transforming type ’,’ repositioning type ’,’ convergent type ’ and ’ stable type ’.Combined with the key degree of the technology theme,the combined analysis is carried out,and the targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the enterprises according to the development status of the key technologies.Finally,this paper takes the household robot as an example to conduct a case study to verify the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method.Three of the most critical technical themes are selected from the 17 technical themes in the field of household robots.Based on the exploration of the development trend of technology,the development trend of the more critical technical themes is analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of key technologies are put forward from the perspectives of enterprise innovation and application space.In summary,this paper proposes a method of key technology identification and technology development trend analysis based on user needs from the perspective of patent measurement,and uses this method to deeply explore the technology in the field of household robots.The research results not only provide guidance for relevant enterprises to clarify the direction of technological innovation and optimize the technical strategy,but also help to promote the development of key technologies in the field and improve the quality and efficiency of the development of China ’ s robot industry.
