With the continuous development of national economy, agricultural industry becomes stronger and stronger. However, agriculture is so naturally weak that it is affected easily by natural factors and the market economy system, therefore, it needs the government’s support and protection.Based on the finance support agriculture in hunan province in 2004-2013 data as the basis, analyzes the scale, structure, efficiency of financial support agriculture and money management. Firstly analyzes the absolute scale and relative scale of financial support agriculture in hunan province, the second, respectively, this paper expounds the changes in the structure of financial support agriculture in henan province. Third, the use of fiscal agriculture output efficiency and the output elasticity two index analysis of the finance support agriculture benefit. Fourth, the objective of this paper expounds the situation of the management of financial funds for supporting agriculture of hunan province.
