In the process of forestry development in China,the development of forest parks is a very important content,which has promoted the development of China’s ecological and cultural construction and is also a very important content in China’s forestry modernization.In our eco-tourism,forest park tourism has become a very popular tourist destination.In the process of leisure and entertainment,people’s consciousness of ecological protection has been gradually improved,and the development of peripheral economy has been led.Seashore National Forest Park of Rizhao plays an important role in the ecological civilization construction of Rizhao.Meanwhile,with the rapid development of forest tourism industry,it also becomes an important force to promote the social and economic development of Rizhao.This article first introduces the research background and significance,and the paper analyzes the research progress both at home and abroad,found that the current in the field of academic research for beach forest park service quality research remains to be strengthened,in view of this,by the beach forest park service quality evaluation and improvement as the research object,and choose the sunshine beach forest park as a case study.Secondly,the status quo of Seashore National Forest Park of Rizhao was analyzed.Basis On this,a service quality assessment scale of Rizhao Coastal Forest Park was designed by using the service quality model.A field survey was carried out from February to October 2021.A total of 500 questionnaires were issued,and 398 were recovered with a recovery rate of 79.6%.Finally,the index weight was obtained by factor analysis method,and the index score was calculated and analyzed.The following problems were obtained:(1)the service training system was not perfect,and the service awareness and level of personnel needed to be improved;(2)the security management of forest park is insufficient;(3)insufficient modernization of service facilities;(4)The service personnel of the park are highly mobile.The main reasons for the service quality problems in Seashore National Forest Park of Rizhao are the inflexible management system,the imperfect hardware facilities and safety management,and the personnel training management system and measures to be improved.Based on the above conclusions,the following countermeasures and suggestions are put forward:(1)improve the organizational structure of park management and accelerate the reform of management system;(2)Strengthen the training of park staff,improve the service awareness and service level;(3)Improve the safety management level of Rizhao Coastal National Forest Park;(4)Improve infrastructure,strengthen personnel management,etc.This study has certain practical significance for further promoting the high-quality development of Seashore National Forest Park of Rizhao,and also has certain reference value for the research of tourism industry in other forest parks.
