As the form and content of international exchanges continue to change and deepen,the quantity and quality of investment by overseas investors in my country is also increasing.After foreign businessmen enter the Chinese market,with the company’s growth and business expansion,they will choose different forms of human resources management at different periods,so as to adapt to the company’s strategic requirements at different stages.Human resources outsourcing also saves the company’s core resources and helps the company concentrate on advantageous departments and develop.In the form of cases,this paper analyzes the problems of human resource outsourcing services that I Education Group currently encounters in the operation process,based on the decision-making motivation model of operation outsourcing,the principal-agent theory,and the related theories of outsourcing risk control and avoidance.At present,the main problems faced by I Education Group are as follows.First,in the outsourcing decision-making stage,the functions of human resource outsourcing service providers cannot be clearly distinguished,resulting in no one in charge of some training functions,and employees have been discouraged.Second,in the outsourcer selection stage,there is a certain risk of information asymmetry.The outsourcer and I Education Group failed to form sufficient information sharing,which led to the outsourcer underestimating the content of outsourcing services and simplifying the onboarding process for their own interests,failing to meet the company’s needs.Thirdly,in the outsourcing execution stage,there is a coordination risk.With the introduction of outsourcing service providers,the internal communication and external communication of the company are separated to a certain extent,which has an impact on the integrity of the work when the two parts fail in sharing information effectively.This paper is mainly a case study,which includes 2 parts.The first is the body of the case,including the description of the four cases,written in chronological order.The first case is based on the establishment process of I Education Group’s establishment of a subsidiary in mainland China,and introduces the company’s human resource management needs and feasible management methods in the early days of the company’s establishment.The second case is represented by Xiao Zhu,a new employee.In the early stage of joining a foreign company,the setbacks in the induction and training stages caused by personnel outsourcing are used as an example to show how outsourcing is working in the company;the third case is about a senior employee.Xiaohu’s work place change and resignation procedures are described,showing that the company’s human resources management is no longer applicable to the company’s development with the company development to a certain stage,and the company’s management problems arise;the fourth case is in 2020,when Covid-19 outbroke,discussing the ways that companies with relatively mature businesses can take to make changes in human resource management,further clarify the boundaries between human resource outsourcing and internal human resource management,and allow human resource management to play a better role..The second part is the instruction.Through the analysis of the company’s different development stages,it identified the company’s motivation for choosing human resource service outsourcing,the risks encountered,and how to control and avoid relevant risks.Using the outsourcing decision and motivation model,analyze why companies should choose human resource outsourcing and the content of human resource outsourcing.Through the theories such as principal-agent,analyze the risks and its causes that companies may encounter at different stages,and realize the control and avoidance of human resource outsourcing risks by re-analyzing the outsourcing contents,strengthening internal and external communication.Based on company strategy,this paper analyzes the different human resources outsourcing risks and methods to avoid risks that companies may face,and defines the selection of human resources outsourcing methods and content at different stages,which can solve the problems that companies encounter in human resources outsourcing.The problems caused by outsourcing also provide some reference experience for different companies in different stages of human resource outsourcing risks.
