Under the background of knowledge economy,the management and use of human resources will play an increasingly important role.Especially in the current fierce market competition environment,if an enterprise wants to stay in the invincible position in the forest of the enterprise,it must strengthen the attraction,cultivation and incentive of high-quality talents,and then realize the long-term strategic goals of the enterprise.Nowadays,with more and more post-90s members entering the workplace from campus,most of them have received higher education,so they are more creative,more efficient and more passionate,and increasingly become an important force for the sustainable and high-quality development of enterprises.In many scholars’ studies,the members born in the 1990s and entering the workplace are called the new generation of employees.But,because of the new generation employees due to the subtle influence of the special times background,makes the part there is different from other age group people’s values and behavior characteristics,there is a very distinct personality,for example,in the work life pursuit of self,the desire for freedom environment of democracy and equality to get along with,Significant group characteristics constantly form the impact of enterprises on the traditional employee management mode,making the original fixed incentive methods and strategies ineffective on the new generation of employees.Therefore,how to mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of the new generation of employees based on the characteristics and needs of the new generation of employees?Improving their loyalty to the enterprise has become a field that many scholars and corporate managers are trying to explore.As The American entrepreneur Iacocca said,the essence of enterprise management lies in how to mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.Therefore,in the process of enterprise human resource management,it is extremely important to implement an appropriate and positive incentive system for employees.Therefore,under the guidance of Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper takes C Technology Company as the research object to explore the motivation of the new generation of employees.The C Technology Company studied in this paper has been founded for more than four years.It is a global cross-border retail enterprise that adheres to independent research and development and focuses on product innovation,and is committed to providing high-quality products with high cost performance and good life experience for global consumers.As a start-up cross-border retail enterprise,it develops rapidly and has basically established and improved various rules and regulations by referring to the traditional corporate management model.Meanwhile,due to the nature of the industry in which the company operates,the average age of its employees is 28 years old,and most members belong to the new generation of employees.Therefore,referring to the traditional incentive model to carry out incentive behavior for the new generation of employees can not effectively mobilize their work enthusiasm and loyalty to the enterprise.Therefore,the research on C Technology Company is representative to a certain extent.In the process of this paper,the origin of the research background,and clear research significance,methods and framework route.Second,the study of "new staff" in order to be able to seek breakthrough,through collecting,reading,carding and analyzing the literature on the four aspects in the research field of the research status quo,by analysing the status quo on the one hand,understand the current research methods,theoretical support and research results,thus providing useful experience for the research of this paper and theoretical support;On the other hand,through analyzing the shortcomings of current research results to seek the breakthrough and innovation point of this paper.Thirdly,an objective statement is made on the organizational structure and human resources of C Company,and the existing compensation performance,job promotion,employee training,enterprise culture and other relevant contents of the new generation of employees’ motivation are sorted out and elaborated,so as to objectively understand the specific status quo of C Company’s incentive to the new generation of employees.Then,to dig deeper into the defects in the new generation employees incentive of C company,this paper adopted with high reliability and validity of the questionnaire of C company employees adopted random sampling survey,through the analysis of the results and combining the incentive status,excavated C company in view of the new generation employees incentive is mainly there are four aspects of the significant problems:one is poor leadership incentive effect;Second,the lack of emotional motivation of employees;The third is the lack of orientation training mechanism;Fourth,the absence of corporate culture incentive.Finally adhere to the new generation employees demand and existing problems of the guidance,insist on maslow’s hierarchy of needs as the instruction,proposed strengthening leadership incentive,spiritual incentive,perfecting the training system and create a corporate culture atmosphere four aspects:optimization promotion strategy,which focuses on security new generation employees on social needs and respect needs in the areas of demand.
