Shanghai Industrial Park is one of the manufacturing centers in China,and auto parts are an important pillar industry in the park.SD Company is a medium-sized auto parts company located in Shanghai Industrial Park.In recent years,the labor market,especially the young labor resources of manufacturing enterprises,has become increasingly tense.Many enterprises have problems such as difficult recruitment,large loss of young labor force,low enthusiasm of employees and decreased enthusiasm.SD Company is also facing such problems.Whether it can boost the confidence of the new generation of operators,restore the depressed morale and stimulate the work passion of the new generation of operators is the key to the sustainable development and growth of enterprises.Combined with Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,this paper understands the basic situation of the new generation of operators of SD Company by consulting materials,questionnaire and individual interviews,analyzes its characteristics and hierarchy of needs,summarizes the current situation of the employee incentive system of SD Company,and puts forward the existing problems.Therefore,a questionnaire is designed to analyze the preference of the new generation operators of SD Company for demand elements in different gender,different positions and different age groups,further determine the demand elements of the new generation operators at different levels,and draw a conclusion: build an incentive system for the new generation operators of SD Company based on different demand types.The importance of needs in the five needs levels of SD Company’s new generation operators is from high to low,which are physiological needs,safety needs,self-realization needs,self-esteem needs and social needs.There are significant differences in the needs of SD Company’s new generation operators with different individual characteristics.Based on the above investigation and analysis,the salary,bonus and welfare incentive strategies based on the physiological needs of the new generation operators of SD Company,the environmental incentive and punishment incentive strategies based on the safety needs,the communication incentive and corporate culture incentive strategies based on the needs of love and belonging,the example incentive and honor incentive strategies based on the needs of respect,and the participation incentive,training incentive and career development incentive strategies based on the needs of self-realization are designed.The reconstructed incentive system comprehensively considers the current demand characteristics of SD Company,which is more targeted for SD Company to improve the incentive effect of the new generation of operators,and also provides reference and reference for other similar enterprises. |
