In recent years,with the rapid development of intelligent technology in China,the uav industry continues to normalize,and the resulting agricultural plant protection UAV has also achieved a breakthrough development,and has become a model of the combination of "agricultural machinery and science and technology".In this paper through the current situation of agricultural plant protection uav industry marketing in recent years,choose DJ company as the research object,for the company agricultural plant protection uav marketing strategy made specific analysis,combined with empirical investigation,the agricultural plant protection uav marketing strategy optimization,to provide some reference for our agricultural plant protection uav sales.This paper using the marketing theory and domestic and foreign marketing cases,combined with their own work experience,through the analysis of agricultural plant protection UAV market,find out the market development characteristics and trends,through further research,the marketing problems in the development process of the company,and of DJ company and competitors agricultural plant protection UAV analysis,using SWOT analysis of marketing advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats,discussed the optimization of DJ company’s marketing strategy based on 4P theory.Combined with the above research,first of all,we need to pay attention to the actual needs of customers,enterprises should also take this as their own development as the intention point,and marketing strategies should be carried out closely related to the needs of customers.Secondly,the questionnaire survey and field survey found that DJ company has four problems in marketing:insufficient agricultural plant protection UAV product innovation;high price system;sales channels need to be increased;and the promotion method is relatively simple.This paper focuses on these points to optimize the marketing strategy of DJ company to ensure that the company’s products can win more market share in the development process.This paper has certain promotion significance to the development of agricultural plant protection UAV of DJ company.Through the analysis of many adverse factors,the marketing optimization strategy is suggested.Although this has certain limitations,it is an important link indispensable before in-depth research.
