| Since the 21st century,unmanned aerial vehicles(UAV)have gradually transferred from military use to civilian use.In recent years,with the continuous development and improvement of UAV technology,UAV began to appear in the vision of the people.At the same time,the rapid development of UAV market has brought development opportunities to many enterprises.Plant protection is one the main fields of civilian use of UAV.UAV plant protection has many advantages,such as low cost,high efficiency.The government vigorously promotes UAV plant protection,but a plenty of farmer families still do not know about UAV plant protection.Therefore,this paper puts forward the optimization of marketing strategy of plant protection UAV for W company.This paper mainly studies the weakness of W company in market development.Based on the analysis of the development of UAV plant protection industry,combined with the research results at home and abroad,this paper introduces the development status of UAV plant protection industry in China and current status of W company by means of field investigation and comparative analysis.This paper expounds some problems in the development of W company,such as single product type,unreasonable price setting,inaccurate market positioning,ineffective channel construction,insufficient advertising investment,lack of training for sales person,insufficient aftersales service and etc,By PEST analysis,Porter’s five forces analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods,this paper analyzes the market environment of W company.By STP,this paper analyzes the target market of W company.Corresponding countermeasures,product development strategy,price strategy,sales channel strategy,and strategy of promotion of the W company level is advanced.Finally,this paper points out that by the above strategies,W company can break through the current business bottleneck,solve the problem of poor market expansion,and provide help for promotion market share of the company of UAV plant protection.In the long period,this paper can help W company to obtain certain competitiveness in the UAV plant protection market. |
