Research On Industrial Value Chain Of Uav Plant Protection Service

China has begun to pay attention to the UAV(Unmanned Aerial Vehicle)plant protection industry since 2007.In recent years,UAV technology has been promoted by the development of model UAV industry.Due to the rising labor costs and environmental protection demands,UAV plant protection service industry has attracted attention from the whole society.Some developed countries and regions is relatively developed in the field of UAV plant protection services,with its advantages of higher efficiency,lower cost,environment-friendly and resource saving,UAV plant protection service plays an important role in the development of agricultural mechanization and precision agriculture in these countries.UAV plant protection service industry in our country is still in the early stage.Therefore,it is necessary to deconstruct the industrial value chain of UAV plant protection service and analyze each segment one by one,meanwhile,learn from the relevant development experience of developed countries.Thus,the industrial value chain can be optimized and integrated vertically and horizontally,improve the value integration and creation ability of the UAV plant protection service industry in China,and then promote the agricultural mechanization,precision and intelligence of our country.Therefore,based on the industrial value chain management theory,industrial structure optimization theory and customer value theory,this paper analyzed the development motivation,market structure and industrial value chain structure of UAV plant protection service industry in China.Combined with questionnaire survey,this paper summarized the views of experts in related fields,and constructed the value system model of Chinese UAV plant protection service industrial value chain by the analytic hierarchy process,studied the influence of each value segment on the overall value of the industry,and learn from the practical experience and policy measures of Japan,the United States,South Korea,Australia and other countries.In order to promote the rapid layout and healthy development of the UAV plant protection service industry in China,development paths of “point to line” and “line to plane” have been suggested,moreover,the related optimization strategies and mechanism construction measures should be implemented in China to improve the industry's resource integration and value creation ability.
