| Using straw to prepare wood-based panels can not only reduce open burning and waste of straw,but also alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of wood resources and increase employment opportunities in rural areas.However,the development of straw wood-based panel industry in China is still faced with the problems of high supply chain cost and lack of price competitive advantage.At present,researches on straw comprehensive utilization are mainly focused on power generation,biogas,cellulosic ethanol and solid form fuel,and there are few researches on straw wood-based panel.A small number of existing studies mainly focus on the preparation and performance of straw based wood-based panels,but no relevant research has been conducted on the logistics network optimization of straw based wood-based panels.Based on the great potential of straw wood-based panel industry and its economic and environmental benefits,the logistics network optimization of straw wood-based panel was studied in this paper.Firstly,based on the advantages,disadvantages and supply and demand of straw raw materials,the development status of straw wood-based panel industry was introduced.Secondly,the existing modes of purchase,storage and transportation in China were summarized,and the significance of establishing purchase and storage cooperatives in straw logistics network was analyzed.Next,the composition elements of the straw wood-based panel logistics network were discussed in detail,the participants and operation process of the logistics network were analyzed,some problems encountered in the development process of straw wood-based panel industry were revealed,and the areas needing further improvement in logistics were pointed out.Finally,based on the logistics expertise and the research results of scholars in this field,it analyzed the factors influencing the straw wood-based panel logistics network optimization,found out the factors influencing the straw wood-based panel logistics network optimization,designed the optimization framework and constructed the logistics network optimization model.In the example analysis,considering the purchase link,the transportation distance,the density of straw compression and straw dry level on the influence of the logistics cost,in the form of a carbon tax and carbon trading complementarity,optimizing the logistics network of straw based panel based on carbon emissions,analyzing the data according to the calculation results and then making the final conclusion.The results showed that the cost of straw collection,storage and transportation could be effectively reduced by avoiding the whole straw transportation and improving the mechanization level of straw collection and storage.On the basis of the best collection and storage mode,the logistics cost can be balanced and the number and scale of logistics nodes can be optimized when the straw is dried in the rough processing stage.On the basis that China has officially implemented carbon trading and policies related to carbon tax have not yet been issued,for enterprises such as straw wood-based panel enterprises or others with low carbon emissions,carbon tax can be levied to make them bear certain emission reduction responsibilities;straw wood-based panel enterprises that comply with the voluntary emission reduction methodology can sell Certified Emission Reduction to enterprises or industries with higher comprehensive control emissions to realize the realization of carbon assets and through coordinated use of carbon tax and carbon trading policies,playing complementary roles in price mechanism,coverage and carbon emission reduction. |
