Under the background of the 14th Five-Year Plan,China attaches great importance to the high-quality development of manufacturing industry and puts forward the goal of accelerating the expansion of aviation industry.However,nowadays,the global aviation manufacturing industry is in a state of oligopoly,and the industrial structure is constantly upgrading.Aviation products are developing towards the demand of high performance,high quality,customization,low price and fast delivery.Compared with foreign enterprises that have taken the lead in digital transformation,Aviation manufacturing enterprises in China still have a lot of room for improvement,showing weak scientific and technological innovation ability,low level of lean production,inaccurate department coordination information and weak level of service informatization.Therefore,it is of positive practical significance to study the strategic mode and implementation path of digital transformation for Aviation manufacturing enterprises in China.Digitization drives the development of productive forces and reconstructs the production relations corresponding to it.Digitalization is an effective path of transformation,which is different from the traditional transformation architecture logic.Digital transformation takes data application as the core and market demand as the guidance to achieve the goal of digital transformation.At present,the research of domestic and foreign scholars focuses on the definition,motivation,strategy and path of digital transformation,and the research direction focuses on policy,and the research scope is similar,limited to the automobile industry and chemical industry.There is still a lack of clear and effective research and practice results on the motivation and implementation path of digital transformation strategy in the application and practice of Aviation manufacturing enterprises in China.In this paper,combining with the development of aviation manufacturing enterprise requirement and essential feature,application "strategic competitive advantage theory","enterprise core competence theory","contingency management theory to guide" business transformation strategy related theory,in-depth case enterprises for the development of the related research methods,the reveal the importance and necessity of digital transformation of enterprises.At the same time,this article selects H company as the research object,analyses the background,motivation and transformation of digital transformation to solve the core problem,formed the theoretical hypothesis,its digital strategy transformation of H company through research methods to carry out the necessity of the implementation of the digital strategy and core problem is verified,The strategic reform and improvement of supporting mechanism that need to be paid attention to on the road of digital transformation of aviation manufacturing enterprises in China are clarified,and a systematic transformation solution is formed.The general idea of this paper is as follows:Firstly,the premise and key variables determining the effective implementation of the transformation strategy of H company are determined by studying the need to combine the internal core competitiveness and external environment before the digital transformation strategy;Secondly,from the aspects of strategy,research and development,management and service,relevant theories are applied to explain the motivation,key issues and paths of enterprise transformation and form theoretical hypotheses.Then,qualitative and quantitative research methods are applied to conduct a special study on the enterprise.Through the analysis of the research results,the theoretical hypotheses are verified,and the problems that need to be solved in the transformation of the company are mainly in the three fields of research and development,production and service management.Finally,combined with theoretical analysis,design and introduction of enterprise digital transformation measures and strategies and planning path.According to the structure of the research process,this paper can be summarized as follows:Firstly,it introduces the definition of digitization,the important performance characteristics of enterprise digitization application and the mode of enterprise digitization strategic transformation,and expounds the application status and characteristics of relevant guiding theories--"strategic competitive advantage","core competitiveness" and "contingency management" theory in this field.Secondly,it systematically analyzes the internal and external management environment of the development of H company in China,describes the main characteristics of the current development and operation of enterprises in this field,and analyzes the development trend of aviation manufacturing enterprises in China.The reasons for the transformation of H company in China are analyzed from the internal and external areas of research and development capacity improvement,production efficiency and quality management,market needs change and industrial structure upgrading.Thirdly,it systematically introduces the development history and current situation of H company,and expounds the development bottleneck of its core competence,forming a preliminary judgment on its digital strategic transformation.Through SWOT analysis and qualitative and quantitative research methods,the three key points of its transformation are verified:improvement of research and development capacity,optimization of production management and upgrading of service mode.Fourthly,from the strategic transformation planning of H company,transformation implementation strategy of core issues and supporting mechanism of transformation strategy,the digital strategic transformation planning and specific implementation strategy of H Company are comprehensively and systematically elaborated,forming a complete set of transformation solutions for the company.The innovative results of this paper are mainly reflected in the following two aspects:First,the application results of the traditional digital transformation theory in the field of aviation manufacturing are enriched,which makes the guidance of the traditional theory for the digital transformation of China’s aviation manufacturing enterprises have more positive and systematic value.Secondly,specific and complete solutions are given for the practical application of digital transformation in China’s aviation manufacturing enterprises.
