| China attaches great importance to the development of rural agriculture and has issued a series of policies to benefit,enrich and strengthen agriculture,creating a beneficial environment for increasing the integration of rural industries.The integration of rural industries is a key way to achieve agricultural modernization and an important way to revitalize the countryside.In 2017,Central Document No.1 explicitly requested support for the construction of a number of rural industrial integration development demonstration parks.All regions earnestly implement the decisions and arrangements of the Party Central Committee and the State Council,strive to build a modern industrial system of cross integration of agriculture and other industries by expanding agricultural multi-functions,strive to build a demonstration model and platform carrier for the integrated development of rural industries,drive the integrated development of rural industries,and promote agricultural efficiency,farmers’ income and rural prosperity.Located in the hinterland of Wuling mountain area,Qianjiang district is one of the six central cities of Wuling mountain area positioned by the State Council.It integrates old revolutionary base areas,ethnic minority gathering areas and remote mountainous areas.It has been approved as "national pilot demonstration area and county for integrated development of rural industries" and "national demonstration area and county for leisure agriculture and rural tourism".By tapping the added value of agricultural functions,Qianjiang District,Develop leisure agriculture and rural tourism.Firstly,based on the existing research results and practical experience of rural industrial integration in academia,this paper analyzes the development status of rural industrial integration in China.Next,the evaluation indexes of rural industrial integration development are constructed by means of references,research visits and expert opinions,and three-level evaluation indexes are established.Later,the actual results of Qianjiang District industrial integration development demonstration park are used for example evaluation and analysis,and the results are consistent with the development strategy and actual situation of Qianjiang District demonstration park,It proves that the index system and evaluation method constructed in this paper are reasonable.Then it analyzes the actual situation of the demonstration park of rural industrial integration development in Qianjiang district.Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the development status,creation scheme and development degree evaluation of the demonstration park of rural industrial integration development in Qianjiang District,it focuses on the analysis of the development mode of rural industrial integration in Qianjiang District,so as to solve the problem that the integration degree between agriculture and other industries is not high Guided by the problems of weak new agricultural management organization,weak driving ability and insufficient diffusion of technological innovation,this paper discusses the operable rural industrial integration path with local characteristics,combs,summarizes and analyzes the specific forms and practices most suitable and conducive to the industrial integration development of the rural industrial integration development demonstration park in Qianjiang District.Then,through the case evaluation and analysis of the constructed evaluation method of rural industrial integration development,and through the analysis of the evaluation results,it is concluded that although the development degree of rural industrial integration of the demonstration park in Qianjiang District has increased year by year,the overall score is not high,mainly because the demonstration Park has been established for a short time,further exchanges and cooperation are needed between rural industrial integration,and there is a large room for improvement,On this basis,it puts forward analysis and suggestions on the optimization path of rural industrial integration development.This paper is conducive to explore the new direction of rural industrial integration,and plays a certain role in promoting rural economic development,publicizing the image of rural agriculture and displaying the construction of new countryside.It has a certain demonstration significance in the whole city and even the whole country,so as to provide reference for other similar areas. |
