Research On The Evaluation Of Rural Industrial Integration Development In Xinyang City

The outline of the national “14th Five-Year Plan” points out that we should adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas,encourage the integration of rural industries,and stimulate rural economic development.The implementation of rural industrial integration is a new idea of rural development put forward by the Party Central Committee based on the current situation of rural development in China,a new countermeasure to solve many problems faced by rural development,a new way for China’s rural industry to move toward agricultural modernization,and a new direction for the future healthy and sustainable development of China’s rural industry.In 2019,all 8 poverty-stricken counties in Xinyang City removed their hats,and as a large agricultural city,xinyang city has a good momentum of integrated development of rural industries,but there are also some problems in its development.Based on this,this paper evaluates the level of rural industrial integration development in Xinyang City,and on this basis,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the integrated development of rural industries in Xinyang City.The content of the article is divided into five parts: the first part is an introduction,which introduces the research background,significance,current situation,methods and innovations of this article.The second part is the connotation and effect of rural industrial integration,which defines the connotation of rural industrial integration on the basis of combing relevant literature,and explains the effect of rural industrial integration-extending the industrial chain to absorb surplus labor,expanding agricultural functions to promote farmers’ income,and improving the interest linkage mechanism to protect farmers’ rights and interests.On the one hand,from the basic situation of the rural industrial structure of Xinyang City,the supporting conditions for the integrated development of rural industries in Xinyang City,and the current situation of the integrated development of rural industries in Xinyang City,the current situation of the integrated development of rural industries in Xinyang City are described respectively;on the other hand,the three integration modes of rural industrial integration and development in Xinyang City are discussed: the extended mode of agricultural industrial chain,the multi-functional mode of agricultural production,and the integration mode of agricultural service industry.The fourth part is the evaluation of the level of rural industrial integration development and the analysis of gray correlation degree in Xinyang City,the level of rural industrial integration development in Xinyang City is evaluated by entropy law,and the gray correlation degree model is analyzed,and the results show that the development trend of rural industrial integration in Xinyang City is good but there is uneven development in the eleventh year from 2009 to 2019,of which Gushi County has the highest level of integration and the fastest integration and development speed of new counties;12 indicators of Xinyang Rural Industry Integration System and farmers’ income,The correlation value of agricultural benefits is greater than 0.8,and the total output value of agricultural product processing industry above designated size contributes the most to the level of rural industrial integration in Xinyang City,and the intensity of fertilizer and pesticide mulch film application is the smallest.The fifth part is the research conclusions and countermeasure suggestions of this paper,the research conclusion of this paper is: on the whole,the level of rural industrial integration in Xinyang City shows an upward trend but there is an imbalance in development;the integration of rural industries in Xinyang City from the agricultural industry chain extension,agricultural multifunctional expansion,agricultural service industry integration,urban and rural integration,farmers’ income increase and employment promotion and other five dimensions,the development level of each dimension shows an upward trend year by year but the development is not uniform;from the perspective of the contribution of different indicators to the rural industrial integration of Xinyang City,The contributions of different indicators vary.Based on the above conclusions,the countermeasures and suggestions are: increase the policy preference for rural industrial integration,cultivate new industrial integration organizations to promote industrial structure upgrading,make full use of agricultural versatility to improve the added value of agricultural products,and improve the construction of rural industrial infrastructure.
