Research On The Responsibility Matrix Method Of Project Team In ZD Company

The project management model has been widely used in the rail transportation equipment manufacturing industry,but problems such as unclear responsibilities and unclear tasks are prevalent.As the order quantity of traditional locomotive manufacturing industry decreases,while personalized and customized requirements become more and more frequent,clarifying the responsibilities of project team and realizing scientific and efficient management of project team is a common problem faced by the production management of equipment manufacturing industry.ZD is a rail transportation equipment manufacturing company operating independently within the authorization of the headquarters company,mainly producing key brake systems for rail transportation.At present,the company is in an important period of strategic integration,transformation and upgrading,and efficient project team management is an important breakthrough to achieve strategic planning.Choosing the best way of responsibility management can effectively improve the company’s raw material procurement,production schedule,technical quality and other aspects,and it is urgent to establish a project team responsibility management system consistent with market demand.This paper takes the project team responsibility matrix establishment as the core research content,combines team management theory,stakeholder theory,project life cycle theory,and analyzes the frequent problems in the current ZD company’s vehicle manufacturing class project team,and finds that the responsibility attribution is unclear and misattributed;the responsibility process is not perfect and supervision is missed;the responsibility system is inflexible and the emergency is poor is the main responsibility cause in the project team problems.To this end,the WBS work structure decomposition method + responsibility matrix is applied to clarify the attribution and positioning of responsibilities of different responsible subjects for project production and operation,and the weighting relationship and responsibility matching among the roles of RASCI model is derived by applying the stakeholder theory and matrix distribution theory,which finally forms a responsibility matrix model for the construction of ZD company.According to the application and empirical results of the responsibility matrix of project management team in ZD company,suggestions are made to clarify the responsibility relationship of members,set up responsibility performance evaluation,construct responsibility assessment system,and delineate the responsibility units at the grassroots level.This paper uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative models to solve the problem of responsibility implementation in project management,which is decisive for quantifying management responsibilities and implementing the corresponding business leaders,and can also provide useful reference for other project team management responsibility studies.
