CF Company Project Management Research

In recent several years,the car has been rapidly in popularity,to a great extent,it attributes to project management in the background,no matter plant construction or vehicle new model launch,both run in manner of project.Firstly this article refers to related literatures,directions come into focus by collecting and comparing them,then take CF company's program management as research object,using the survey,opportunities can be group by 3 categories:organization architecture,managerial approaches and execution,next come up with solutions to address each detailed problem using PMO theory,AHP method,multiple project management theory,RACI responsibility assignment matrix,execution theory.CF is a JV company,multi-leader problem is a serious in project activities,so a revised program organization based on balanced benefit is a key to address this;CF is also in expanding phase,2 levels PMO is the icing on the cake;resource is always limited,how to allocate resource to high priorities,CF lacks of objective methods,it's necessary for PMO to evaluate priorities,the AHP is a good way to address it,this article set up hierarchies from finance,technology and strategy,and sorts current programs according to AHP result;during the program running,program managers decide their human resource allocation among programs on their own and in a subjective way,it's necessary to bring CF a relatively objective way:Workload Sheet;To address the issue of unclear R&R,it provides RACI Responsibility Assignment Matrix;Executing problem is analyzed from 3 hierarchies and pathway between them,and suggested proper methods respectively to improve it;In closing stage,to address the fact that CF company lack of objective performance evaluation system,it provides program comprehensive evaluation system.Finally,it lists 5 elements to make sure solutions will be well applied.
