| The 14th Five-Year Plan was officially launched in 2021,and under the new circumstances,the state has put forward higher requirements for social and economic development in many spheres.Because of the tremendous basic facilities and real estate market in China,the high development of socio-economic can’t do without the contribution of the dedication industry.Due to the advantages of precision manufacturing of prefabricated buildings,reduced labor dependence and immunity from the weather,the development momentum has been good in recent years.Government departments in many places not only point out the future development direction of prefabricated buildings,but also put forward higher requirements for the market share and penetration rate of prefabricated buildings.In recent years,various ministries and local governments have also issued a series of policies and regulations to support prefabricated buildings,laying a good foundation for the rapid development of prefabricated constructions.With the increasing growth of prefabricated buildings and the increasing proportion in the industry,the safety risks of prefabricated buildings are becoming more and more prominent.Under the universal concept of "people-oriented" in today’s society,the occurrence of safety accidents has become an unbearable pain for the parties and even the whole society.This is especially true for the construction industry,which is more dangerous in its own operation,especially in the emerging prefabricated construction industry,so it is particularly important to improve its safety management level and control its safety risks.Compared with the traditional construction system such as the safety management system is very mature,the safety management matching degree of the prefabricated building is lagging behind,and the research on the safety risks and safety countermeasures of the prefabricated building construction is still not in-depth enough.It is undeniable that whether the safety risk can be effectively controlled and whether the safety management status is good has become a bottleneck problem that restricts the further development of prefabricated buildings,and further research on the safety management of prefabricated buildings is imminent.Firstly,by consulting domestic and foreign references related to the safety management of prefabricated building construction,analyze and gather the research status domestic and foreign.Theoretical elaboration is carried out from three aspects: prefabricated building,prefabricated building construction safety management,and risk.Secondly,the expert investigation method is used to investigate the safety risks existing in each link of the prefabricated building construction process,and an evaluation index system is constructed.Manage some of the areas that have the greatest impact.Through on-the-spot investigation on the safety management of the prefabricated building construction of the Zhenyuefu project,while verifying the above conclusions,these risk links are further broken down and refined to find out specific safety hazards.Finally,according to the risk evaluation results,the risk points in the safety management process of Zhenyuefu project are found,and corresponding specific improvement measures are proposed for the risk points,so as to effectively control the safety risks in the construction process of the prefabricated project,and also provide a reference for the safety management of other similar projects. |
