The automobile market has become increasingly hot since 2002.The entire industry has developed well and has maintained a growth momentum.At the same time,the industrial structure is gradually accelerating the pace of adjustment.According to research data from an international market research agency,it is predicted that by 2025,my country will surpass the United States and become the world’s major powerhouse in car sales and motor vehicle use.Therefore,the market competition that comes with it will also become increasingly fierce.Especially in recent years,due to the fierce competition,the ever-expanding requirements of the consumer group,and the rapidly changing technology trends,the product life cycle has been shortened day by day.With the continuous high-intensity competition and the market pressure,many companies have projects and the management of changes in development projects.The way to strengthen the management of development activities is increasingly recognized by more small production companies in China,and further popularized and used.From the perspective of the overall development environment of China’s domestic auto parts industry,although it has grown rapidly for several years with the vigorous development of my country’s auto industry,with the relatively weak technical level and experience accumulation of enterprises,especially enterprises in projects.When problems occur in the middle of the market,or when there is an urgent need to adapt to the changing market environment and appropriate adjustments must be made,the technical force of enterprises to use adjustment technology to solve and adapt to the requirements of new market changes is relatively lacking.However,while facing the requirements of project changes,how can enterprises risks,problems and costs that may arise from project changes through a reasonable project change control process,so as to adapt to Customer requirements can also enhance the company’s that auto parts companies continue to think about and strive.Magna International Auto Parts(Changchun)Co.,Ltd.was established on August 29,2010.Its main business scope is the design,research and development of automobiles and parts,as well as related technical consulting and services,and related alternative drive systems in the automotive field.Technical services and technical consultation for storage systems,fuel tank systems and spare parts.With the high requirements for electronic functions of automobiles in recent years,especially the complexity of software and hardware of new products has increased.Since the second half of 2018,the automotive industry has entered a stage of rapid market decline,and the prices of electronic product components and raw materials have risen to varying degrees around the world,making project management more difficult.The demand for many solutions to reduce costs and improve performance is getting higher and higher.Changes will be accompanied by risks.In this critical period,project management is particularly important for change management,which is inseparable from market demand and internal costs.However,in recent years,customer complaints and cost waste due to changes have surfaced.Based on this,Magna International Auto Parts(Changchun)Co.,Ltd.needs to design the change process,propose an effective guarantee plan,improve customer satisfaction,and ensure The smooth implementation of the change reduces the cost and guarantees the profit,thus establishing the research background of this paper.
