Project Management Research For Automotive Welding Line Of Corporation C

With the fast growth of China automobile market, China automobile industry is embracing a great time of lots of investment and fast growth opportunities. Many new types are under developing or in planning phase. And more and more international cooperation activities are ongoing also. Project Management will be widely used by these projects and it will play an important role for sure. Effective project management will be one of the key factors for a project's final success.From the aspect of project management, this paper firstly summarizes the related knowledge and tools of project management, then introduces C company and its project management status in welding line project, analyses the company's project management practices for welding line automatic control in the advantages and disadvantages, summarizes the good experience and bad lessons and find out what could be learnt and used by China automobile industry.The research result of this paper will have two benefits to China automobile industry: one is to provide them some helpful information which could be used as a reference during the project management of automobile product development; the other is to help automobile industry in the automatic control project use project management theory and tools to make the project success.
