Improving employee work engagement is one of the urgent problems that enterprises need to deal with in order to realize digital transformation and reduce cost and increase efficiency.employee value proposition refers to the collection of value products provided by an enterprise to employees in order to obtain the services and labor provided by employees,which can enhance the attractiveness of the enterprise to employees and influence the level of work engagement of employees.Through a comprehensive and systematic review of the domestic and foreign literature on employee value proposition,psychological contract and employee work engagement,the results show that domestic and foreign scholars have relatively fruitful research achievements on the three aspects.In the context of China,there are few studies on the relationship between employee value proposition and employee work engagement,and domestic researches on employee value proposition mainly focus on enterprise recruitment.On the social exchange theory,focused on the employment relationship of the enterprise and employees,the employees’ psychological contract as intermediary variables,include employee value proposition for the employee work engagement into the mechanism of action of the model,using the questionnaire survey method to collect data,and path analysis method validation employee value proposition for employee work engagement into the mechanism of action.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The employee value proposition significantly positively affects employee work engagement,that is,employees’ perceived When the value level of the employee value proposition is higher,employees will invest more physical and psychological resources in their individual job roles,and then help the organization improve performance and achieve organizational goals by improving the level of self-work engagement;(2)Employee value proposition Significantly positively affect the psychological contract of employees.Specifically,when the employee’s perceived value of the employee value proposition is higher,the employee’s perception of the organization’s fulfillment of its responsibilities and obligations will be higher,and employees will be motivated to actively perform their responsibilities and obligations to the organization,that is,to actively perform their responsibilities and obligations to the organization.Psychological contract;(3)The psychological contract mediates the relationship between the employee value proposition and the employee work engagement,that is,the employee value proposition positively influences the employee’s psychological contract and then affects the employee work engagement;the developmental dimension of psychological contract mediates the interest value and The positive effect of development value on employee work engagement;the interpersonal dimension psychological contract mediates the positive effect of social value on employee work engagement;while the normative dimension psychological contract has no significant mediating effect on the relationship between economic value and application value and employee work engagement.
