Psychological contract always is the focus of the management academia since this terminology rise up20century60’s. This research is to study the employee satisfaction and turnover intervention when the employee transactional contract and relational contract are in different level, thus the difference of employee to organizational commitment and work engagement.The research data come from previous research, conversation with employee and survey, which analyzed by CFA, SFSS, in order to get a result so help corporation actual execution.Based on current psychological contract theory and data collected from surveys, when the level of transactional contract high, the level of employee satisfaction, organization commitment and work engagement shows low, so turnover intention result high; when the level of relational contract high, the level of employee satisfaction, organization commitment and work engagement shows high, so turnover intention result low;...
