Research On Spatial Transformation And Planning Strategies Of Traditional Villages From The Perspective Of "Space Of Flows"

The rapid advancement of urbanization and industrialization has led to the flow of development factors such as labor and capital from rural areas to cities,resulting in a widening gap between urban and rural areas,resulting in a dualistic development pattern,resulting in hollowing out of rural areas and unbalanced production structures.In particular,with traditional villages as typical representatives,the profound cultural heritage formed during the farming period is gradually disappearing in the process of modernization and development,material decay occurs,and the problem of protection and development is faced.With the rapid development of information communication technology and mobile Internet,the "flow" attribute of space has been continuously strengthened,and it has continued to play a role in "field space",forming a new spatial form-"space of flows",which has changed various development factors from rural one-way.The influx into cities reinforces the development of rural areas.In this context,this paper explores the process,characteristics and influencing factors of the spatial transformation of traditional villages from the perspective of "space of flows",reveals the predicament of the spatial transformation of Longchuan Village,and puts forward the spatial planning strategies of Longchuan Village based on the problems and development goals.Through the literature review method,the relationship and difference between "space of place" and "space of flows" are clarified,the role and influence of "space of flows" on "space of place" are explored,and the traditional village space transformation framework under the perspective of "space of flows" is constructed.Taking Longchuan Village in Jixi County as an example,relevant research data are obtained through literature review,field investigation,data crawling,etc.,and the research methods that combine qualitative and quantitative such as GIS spatial analysis technology and spatial syntax are used to reveal the process,characteristics and influencing factors of traditional village spatial transformation from the perspective of "space of flows",analyze the dilemma of village spatial transformation,and propose spatial planning strategies from the goal-oriented perspective.The results show that since the reform and opening up,the spatial transformation of Longchuan Village has gone through three stages: the leading stage of "space of place",the transition stage of "space of place" to "space of flows",and the leading stage of "space of flows".The spatial transformation of Longchuan Village shows the characteristics of material space alienation and reconstruction,economic space transformation and upgrading,social space deconstruction and reorganization,and diversified reshaping of cultural space.Under the superposition of regional resources,rural elites,information and communication technology,tourism development intensity,government guidance and policy support,infrastructure and other factors,they have jointly promoted the spatial transformation of Longchuan Village.In the process of spatial transformation of Longchuan Village,it faces the following dilemmas,one is the traditional planning and development adaptability under the guidance of "space of place";Second,the overall style of the village is not coordinated,and the form of cultural tourism products is single;Third,the penetration rate of information technology is not high,and the relevant supporting facilities are not perfect;Fourth,the cultural protection mechanism is not perfect,and the villagers’ awareness of cultural inheritance is insufficient.The future spatial planning goal of Longchuan Village is to take the "space of flows" as the leading and the "flow" element to strengthen the agglomeration of villages,this study proposes the future Longchuan Village spatial planning strategy from four aspects,such as material space,economic space,social space and cultural space,one is to strengthen the transformation of material space and guide the reshaping of village style;The second is to strengthen the transformation of economic space and promote the integration of diversified formats;The third is to promote the reorganization of social space and build a pluralistic co-governance system;The fourth is to promote the reconstruction of cultural space and help regional cultural inheritance.This study analyzes the spatial transformation of Longchuan Village from the perspective of "space of flows" theory,provides a new perspective for the study of traditional village spatial transformation,and also provides reference for the development of other rural areas.Figure [63] table [10] reference [106]...
