As the main trend of the new business,E-sports hotel become a new business in the market.Facing the popularization of the network,the progress of science and technology and the transformation of people’s entertainment style,the change of market demand,the cross-border integration of hotel and esports has become an inevitable demand and trend.The development of esports hotels meets the needs of esports fans for the combination of accommodation and entertainment,with high privacy and comfort.Therefore,this paper selects Wuhan Greenland MOQI Hotel as an example,analyzes its operating status and operating environment,and studies the cross-border development mode of e-sports hotels.Firstly,the thesis is about Transboundary and transboundary operation,e-sports,operation mode and hotel related research literature and crossover operation,of e-sports,crossover operation and hotel and hotel crossover operation is the definition of clear,creative industry value chain theory,industrial convergence theory,value creating theory and related theory as the foundation,Using the method of literature review,case analysis,questionnaire investigation and tools analysis and other research methods,analyze the current situation and existing problems of the cross-border development mode of e-sports culture-themed hotels,and by using SPSS tool to analyze customer consumption behavior,and the crossover development of e-sports hotel puts forward the corresponding optimization model of business.Conclusions from the research include:(1)By sorting out the cross-border business environment of the hotel.Firstly,it analyzes the external environment from four aspects: politics,society,economy and technology.Secondly,through the E-sport bar,traditional hotel,esports hotel three different main style,domestic different regions of esports hotel and I sports hotel,Haotai hotel,Super 8 hotel and other esports independent and chain brand comparative analysis of the industry competition environment analysis;Finally,SWOT analysis method is used to analyze the operation environment of cross-border integration development mode of hotel and e-sports from the internal environment of e-sports hotel.(2)This paper chooses Wuhan Greenland MOQI Hotel as the research object,analyzes the operation situation of the Hotel,the investigation of customer consumption behavior,and the existing problems in operation,and finds that:(1)In the analysis of customer consumption behavior,customers are generally in younger grades,mostly 19-30 years old,and most of them are e-sports fans,mainly students and general business people.In the analysis of consumption decision,most consumers are keen on and understand the e-sports industry,and like to spend with friends and lovers in hotels;In terms of consumption preference,they pay more attention to hotel price and hygienic environment,and tend to choose the hotel in the business area or the quarter near their home.In the evaluation of perceived behavior,it is found that customers are more satisfied with hotel infrastructure such as ground computer equipment and e-sports room,more satisfied with entertainment service facilities such as Internet café,Internet celebrity restaurant and beer bar,and more satisfied with front desk service and hotel efficiency in the quality of hotel service;(2)Through the analysis of the current situation of the hotel,it is found that there are some problems in the hotel,such as ambiguous cross-border business model,unclear product and service positioning,insufficient cross-border service capacity,lack of joint communication channels and limited joint promotion space.(3)Through to the green magic hotel operation analysis of cross-border integration,puts forward the e-sports crossover development countermeasures of cultural theme hotel,specific contains make hotel value location selection,the effective strategic resource integration,expand cross-border marketing mode,expand cross-border integration transmission channel,strengthen the result of profit analysis and to carry out the crossover operation implementation safeguard six aspects,So as to optimize hotel and e-sports cross-border marketing operation.
